Le condo Park City Crescent Ridge est l'escapade parfaite à Park City. Il se trouve à quelques pas des pistes de ski de Park City et de plusieurs télésièges. Si vous visitez en hiver, vous pouvez facilement accéder aux pistes et pendant l'été, de nombreux sentiers de randonnée impressionnants.

Cette maison offre trois chambres, une mezzanine, trois salles de bain et peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

Il y a deux chambres principales avec matelas Tempur-Pedic king-size. Chacun a une salle de bain privée complète. Une salle de bain principale a un combo baignoire / douche à jets, tandis que vous trouverez une douche carrelée et deux lavabos dans la seconde. De plus, la deuxième chambre principale a accès à la terrasse.

La troisième chambre offre un lit queen et une terrasse privée. Le loft dispose de lits jumeaux superposés et les deux ont accès à une salle de bains commune.

Le salon est vraiment une «grande salle» et offre des sièges confortables, un foyer au gaz et une télévision à écran plat avec BluRay DVD, ce qui en fait un merveilleux espace de rassemblement.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre des comptoirs en granit, un four Thermador et une cuisinière à gaz efficace à quatre brûleurs. Il y a aussi des sièges pour quatre au bar de la cuisine.

Vous pouvez également dîner dans la salle à manger séparée offrant des sièges pour huit. Cette chambre donne également accès à la jolie terrasse enveloppante où vous trouverez de superbes meubles de patio, un barbecue et même un bain à remous privé apaisant pour cinq personnes. Découvrez les superbes vues et l'air frais de ce pont, tout en profitant d'une conversation.

La maison offre la commodité d'un garage pour une voiture et de l'espace supplémentaire pour une autre voiture.

Vous adorerez l'emplacement de cette propriété avec sa très grande proximité avec la station de ski de Park City Mountain, ainsi qu'avec le parcours de golf pendant l'été. Great location

Super close to the ski resort - you can either walk to the bus or take a 5 minute drive to the slopes. This place was big enough to accommodate 2 families (10 people total) with plenty of room. Kitchen has literally everything you need. It was also a great price! We would definitely stay here again.

Great winter break

Great property- had the conditions been better we would have had a much more convenient trip to the mountain but the lifts were closed nearby. Property was clean, well stocked and the mgt company was very responsive when needed .

Adorable place in an excellent location

Very well appointed with beautiful views. Walking distance to Starbucks and old town. Very nice kitchen; very clean. Code did not work to get in, but quickly resolved with rental company. Would stay again.

Great Place!

We had a family trip and 9 of us stayed at this condo and had a great time! We had 5 adults and 4 teens. It has a nice, big patio with trees and a hot tub to enjoy. It was very close to main street and shopping. To access this condo, you do have to climb quite a few sets of stairs, but that was not a problem for us. Overall great stay, loved Park City!

The condo was clean. If you like to cook rather than go out the kitchen is very small. The bathtub in the master is very high and in my opinion unsafe. Had a hard time getting the temp at night right. Got too hot. Bunk beds work for kids not adults. Our mistake. Overall, it served its purpose but wouldn’t go back.

10 out of 10 Location for our Ski Trip

Very friendly and communicative staff. Location was 10/10. We came in March to go skiing and it was only a 3 minute walk in our ski boots to the snow where we could click in and ski down to the main lift. It was a 20 minute easy walk to the grocery store and roughly a 30 minute easy walk to downtown Park City. No rental car needed. Uber/Lyfts were plentiful if you needed one. Condo unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

perfect stay

Perfect week stay! Beautiful property nestled in the hill amongst aspen and fir trees. We sat on the large patio a lot, ate outdoors, and enjoyed the hot tub. The 2 en-suite master Bedrooms were perfect and private, with one extra bedroom with 4 bunk beds we did not need. The kitchen, dining, living room was lovely and had everything we needed... plus another complete bathroom on that floor! Easy walk to downtown Park City, great hiking down the road a bit and up the hill.. many trails. Also trails for mountain biking. Wonderful restaurants and shops in Park City.

Great get away

Nice clean house. Easy instructions. Responsive maintenance staff. A/C wasn’t working...we called...and it was fixed next day. Close proximity to a lot of fun stuff

Great location, not cleaned properly

This condo is located within walking distance of Park City Mountain. Very convenient. The set up of the condo is as advertised. The unit is dated and needs a refresh. The renters before us had a dog and the property was not cleaned properly. Dog hair was everywhere! The cleaning company came but it was useless at that point. Great location, ok place, needs to be cleaned better after pets.

Great place for family vacation

We spent six days on the property with extended family. The condo is perfectly set up with two primary bedrooms and a bedroom that easily accommodated 4 grown boys. The loft area had a full size pull out sofa. The hot tub was a big hit for all. The management company quickly handled any issues we had with the property. The property came with a starter kit which was helpful. The lifts would’ve been easily accessible if there was better snow conditions. We had a really memorable Christmas experience. There’s a free public transit system we used every day.

Documentation regarding condo

The instructions to get into the property were incorrect for unlocking and locking the door - it required the "check" button, not the "*" button. Directions to find the washer and dryer were vague - "at the bottom of the main condo" - it took us a while to figure out what that meant. Arriving at night was difficult because the address was well lit at all.

Winter Winderland

I love the condo, love the city. Enjoyed a peaceful abs quiet much needed time. The neighbors were so sweet abs nice and we met a few furry babies too. I would do this again if possible.

Great condo

My husband and I rented this place with our new baby, along with our friends and their baby. We didn't really get out much due to the seriousness of the pandemic during our stay, so we enjoyed having a comfortable place to cook and hang out. We were also all working quite a bit and the wifi was great, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen has everything you need.

Great Vacation

Really enjoyed this location. Kitchen was great, hot tub was great. beds were VERY comfortable. Gas stove and gas water heater are bonus... Really enjoyed this place.
