CASA WAU - KOJO - Studio Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a quiet cobbled street of the old town.
The Studio has been recently renovated and is modernly arranged. It is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, all necessary dishes and utensils)with a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartmentis an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 300m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Glorious residence!

Nice stay in the middle of Rovinj, close to restaurants and city but in a calm street, the appartment is nice and good equiped, due to the situation in the ground floor it´s a bit dark inside but it´s stays cool when it´s hot outside - good place for a short city trip

The apartment is in a nice street within the pedestrian zone. It is well styled and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy to arrange through WhatsApp. The host was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and Convenient

I enjoyed my stay at Studio Kojo. The location is perfect and I enjoyed the easy access, to the main Carera pedestrian street. It was clean and I appreciated the towel change service during my 1 week stay. It might be worth considering put up a full length mirror (perhaps fixed on the inside of the wardrobe).

Brilliant service!

We had a very nice stay. The house is old, so the apartment is a little but humid, but it was no problem for us 😊 The location is just perfekt. Not far to the parking spots and you can reach everything in less than 10 minutes. The street is very quite although next to the shopping street.

The apartment was really great, very central, with everything you need (kitchenware, coffee maker, iron, etc etc). newly remodeled. Good place for a single person or a couple! Igor always answered quickly and concisely to my doubts and requirements. Thanks for that!

Perfect location, lovely apartment, helpful team and great stay!

Thank you Casa Wau team for such a lovely stay! It made our week in Rovinj even better. Apartment was perfect for my friend and I’s visit with lovely amenities and a perfect location. Alessia, a member of the team, who met us outside the apartment swiftly to set us up was quick to respond with any questions we had, and came round within a couple of minutes as my friend and I were unsure on how to work the hob. The cleaning staff were also helpful and kindly changed our towels mid way through our stay. We couldn’t recommend Casa Wau, Alessia and the whole team enough! Thank you again 😊😊

Extraordinary journey!

We stayed at the apartment only for a short period of time and the apartment was great for this kind of small trip! Everything was as described, only the WLAN did not work too well. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, so it was a bit dark, but although it's opens directly to a small lane, it wasn't loud at all. The check in was quick and nice as someone welcomed us and handed us the keys by person. All in all would stay there again.

Netter Kontakt und schnelle Antwort. Saubere Wohnung und alles da was man braucht. Eher schlecht mit dem Auto erreichbar, da Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Parken etwas weiter abseits.
