House MELLY with Swimming Poolis a 3star Holiday house.It is located in Rovinjsko Selo - a small village/suburb areadistant about 6km from the Rovinj citycentre, as well as from the nearest beautifulbeaches on the Rovinj shoreline.The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings. Plenty offun activities and touristsights in the surroundings can be reached in a short car ride.The interior size amounts to 120m2 and there is a terrace and swimming pool in the garden. The house is split leveled, ground floor and first floor.
The House consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds,and abathroom with shower on the upper floor, while on the ground floor there are a comfortableliving room with seating area, acompletely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and with a dining area andanother bathroom with shower. The House also offers an exit tothe private garden with aswimming pool perfect to cool down in the hot summer days anda lovely terraceperfect to enjoy in yourmorning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this holiday houseis an ideal place for families/friendsto spend the holidays. BBQ grill facilities, garden and swimming poolare at your disposal.
