Villa Colfiorito is introduced by a gate that opens into a driveway leading to a big garden, shared with two other units.
The holiday home is on the left, introduced by a small staircase. It opens into the corridor leading to the two double bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is a big covered terrace with view on the sea and outdoor kitchen with dining area. From one of the two bedrooms you have access to the outdoor area with sofas.
Furthermore, in the corridor, there is a locked door communicating with the owner`s house.

on the sea. The city centre of Gallipoli is less than 5 minutes` drive
away. The beaches of Rivabella and Baia Verde are 4 kilometers away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
