This was a one of a kid property. I’ve been to St. Andrew’s 5 times and nothing compares to this home. I’m coming back next year. I absolutely loved our hosts and the property.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house had tons of space, with modern touches and en suite bathrooms that made it incredibly comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to great restaurants and the courses at St Andrews.Marvyn, the host, was fantastic: responsive, helpful, and even assisted us when we accidentally left a few items behind.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Our time in St. Andrews was really enhanced by our choice of Marvyn’s house. It was everything a visitor could hope for. Everything was neatly laid out with instructions and suggestions. The walk into town was easy, we carried our golf clubs right to the Old Course both days of play. The hot tub was a welcomed opportunity after a long walk. When were we leaving we thought an item was left behind and Marvyn went out of his way to try and return it to us in Edinburgh. Luckily it was found in one our backpacks, but Marvyn’s effort went above and beyond and was truly appreciated.Five stars for visitors looking to have a grand time in St. Andrews.Frank M

The location was perfect for our golf group and had parking for our large van. An added feature is we were able to walk to town for dinner each night. The spa room was a bonus for our tired bodies after walking 18 holes each day.We enjoyed that each of us had our own bedroom and en-suite bathroom. I highly recommend this property and will stay again for our next golf visit.

Nicely updated modern house with many amenities, parking, beautiful garden, and so much more. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much! And Mervyn was a super host ... very responsive and helpful.

This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator

This property exceeds expectations! The entire property has been smartly updated to accommodate families and friends. The kitchen is very well appointed and as a bonus, coffee was in the cupboard. A nice sized laundry room is situated on the ground floor. Very highly recommend this property.The check in/check out process was very simple and the host was very responsive.

This house couldn’t be more lovely. Everything is beautifully appointed, the backyard is like a spa and Marvyn couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. It is the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.

Gorgeous house

I would recommend this property over and over again! Absolutely stunning inside and out, location is very convenient for heading into town for some food/drinks but it’s equally such a lovely place that leaving it to head out was a nice dilemma to have! Spa area was top spec and the hot tub is massive! Host very friendly and great communication.
