TALARDDU COTTAGE, pet friendly, with hot tub in Builth Wells

Talarddu Cottage is an impeccable, detached three-storey house settled near Builth Wells, Powys and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for 12 people, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with a TV and an electric fire, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room, two twins (zip/link) and two second-floor twins (zip/link), along with a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and second-floor shower room. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and hot tub, access to an area with an unfenced stream, and off-road parking for six cars. Within 1.5 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 1.6, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Whisk your loved ones away for an amazing stay at Talarddu Cottage. Please note: There is a tight hair pin bend on approach to the property, please take care. Towels are provided; However, you must bring your own towels to use wth the hot tub.The owners will greet you an arrival and show you how the hot tub works, answer any queries and then leave you in peace to enjoy the rest of your stay. A folding cot is available, but please bring your own sheets/linen. Note: Week commencing 17th July: the owner can only accept either a full week booking or a short break from Friday to Sunday. Note: EV charging is available at a rate of 40p per unit. Guests can easily top up their usage by scanning the QR code, with payments made by card.
