L'un des rares condos de 4 chambres sur la plage!

Windemere 301, construit en 1985, est situé dans la section Ocean Dr très populaire de North Myrtle Beach. Nous venons d'acheter cet appareil à la fin de juin 2017. Notre rénovation est maintenant terminée et comprend de nouveaux meubles, un nouvel ensemble de chambre principale avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin avec 1 "de mousse à mémoire de forme et de l'aloès infusé! Nouveaux matelas jumeaux améliorés pour la chambre numéro deux. Nouveau mobilier d'extérieur comprenant deux chaises supplémentaires de taille bar (total de 4 chaises de taille bar maintenant) et une table de taille bar. Tous les nouveaux lits se répandent dans toutes les chambres et les nouveaux petits appareils électroménagers pour la cuisine, les nouveaux pots et casseroles et de nombreux autres ustensiles de cuisine et gadgets! Tout récemment repeint partout. Vient de terminer en mai 2018 (pas encore en photos) - Nouvelle éclaboussure dans la cuisine, mur de bar décoratif, salles de bains rénovées, nouveau plancher en LR, DR, chambre principale et salle de bain et plus encore.
Profitez de la terrasse de stationnement au troisième étage qui vous permet de vous garer directement devant notre porte de condo pour un accès facile!
Windermere 301 est un condo final avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Balcon spacieux.

Ce condo ensoleillé est situé dans le quartier populaire de Myrtle Beach Nord. Le condo a toutes les commodités pour votre plaisir de vacances. Une large plage, une piscine, un bain à remous et un grill sont disponibles sur place.

La cuisine est entièrement meublée pour permettre des plats cuisinés à la maison, y compris un café Keurig. Minimisez votre charge de travail en profitant du lave-vaisselle de l'unité. Il y a amplement d'espace pour s'asseoir et manger confortablement au bar du petit déjeuner ou à la table à manger.

Ascenseur, laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo et cuisine nouvellement approvisionnée sont tous à apprécier.

We had a great stay during April break. We appreciated the close parking, the well maintained condo and building, and the quiet area right on the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. We also appreciated being able to check in a little early after driving 18 hours over night. The only thing we would have preferred is beach chairs and beach towels being available. We did buy chairs and had to leave them after our stay due to a very packed vehicle.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your April break stay and appreciated the beachfront location, quiet atmosphere, convenient parking, and the well-maintained condo and building. We were also happy to accommodate an early check-in after your long overnight drive and appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness. We also appreciate your feedback regarding beach chairs and towels. Beach equipment is not listed as an amenity with our property. We did, at one time, provide beach chairs in the past, but due to ongoing issues with wear from the salt air and varying guest expectations regarding quantity and condition, we ultimately decided to discontinue offering them to help ensure a more consistent guest experience. We find it is much easier for guest to rent them on the beach, especially with large groups. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

We had a great experience with this condo. Our group was 5 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the views from the living room. Parking basically right outside the entrance was an extra nice bonus. The buildings indoor pool and hot tub were perfect as there were a few cooler days.Shops and restaurants were close by many within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick response and receptiveness to our inquiry. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.

Location, location, location! Loved the immediate beach access both for swimming and sitting in the day time, and for walking in the evening. Loved sitting with coffee in early morning on the balcony looking at and hearing the ocean. Condo is close to Myrtle Beach activities and restaurants. Beds are great. Rooms and bathrooms very good for a group.

Scott’s condo was clean and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room for all 5 and we all loved the place! Scott was very responsive to anything at all times, although we had no trouble at all there. If was all just beautiful and a great location!

Perfect North Myrtle Beach Location

I have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is the first time I stayed in N. Myrtle Beach. My daughter and grandsons accompanied me. We were so happy with the accommodations, and it was an easy commute to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach,The Aquarium, Wonderworks Barefoot Landing & the Boardwalk. My grandsons loved having the Beach right outside the door, and Parking was so convenient.
