This 3-bedroom high spec apartment sleeps 8 guests comfortably. A gorgeous kitchen and 3 luxury bathrooms complete with waterfall showers and bath tub are just some of the apartments features to make your stay perfect. All its high-end furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind, as well as keeping some of the building’s original features. This beautiful detached Georgian house was originally an impressive family home built in 1870 and has now recently been developed into 8 luxury apartments and mews house. Each apartment has been creatively designed, including a fully equipped kitchen, top of the range bathrooms and comfortable living area. Guests have access to the entire apartment. I am available throughout your stay via the Airbnb message portal. If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this when possible.

Wonderful location and beautiful flat

My family of six was so pleased with the flat, the amenities, and the location. Bristol has so much to offer for dining, attractions, and relaxation. The host sparred no detail and we felt very welcome. Our favorite parts of the flat were the patio, the comfortable beds, the showers, and the ease of access with codes. We were sad to go!

Large space ideal for families in great location

We spent 10 days in the flat for our son's graduation. The space itself is huge (including a sizable private patio) and offers plenty of room to relax without tripping over luggage. Our two children appreciated their separate ensuite bedrooms. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet despite only being 2 blocks from a busy street (Whiteladies) and yet offered easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and the weekly farmers market, all less than a 5 minutes walk. Maisie was quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay at the property again when in Bristol.

The apartment was very nice - light and spacious, and in an excellent location for shops and restaurants. Everything was of a good standard, and spotlessly clean. However, there were a few things we found disappointing. We found the non-cotton bedding uncomfortably hot. There was nowhere to hang coats other than in the bedrooms or over chairs in the living room - surely some hooks could be put up inside the entrance door or even on the wall in the living room? For a group of 8 people staying, this really is an oversight. Also there’s no teapot!! - again for a large group we don’t want to be using teabags in mugs the whole time. Otherwise it’s a nice place! One thing to warn other travellers about - it was almost impossible to get in and out of the driveway without scraping the underside of the car. It’s the way the road and pavement don’t align - there’s a big dip in the gutter.

We're sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the bedding, our bed linen is cotton-rich linen rather than synthetic but we appreciate that comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest and we'll take your feedback into consideration. Thank you also for your suggestions regarding coat hooks and a teapot. We always welcome practical feedback from guests, particularly for larger groups and we'll review these points as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us.
