Set in approximately seven acres of fenced, landscaped and wooded gardens and nature reserve, there is plenty of room for children to play.

Whilst the cottage is fenced off from the nature reserve, lakes and pond, the lakes and pond each being about 100 yards from the cottage, guests should always supervise their children when they are in the nature reserve or meadow, particularly where the children are young or unable to swim. Lower Lochturffin is a stylishly furnished and equipped quality holiday cottage with extremely high standards throughout. There’s even a bean-to-cup coffee machine! Eat out on the patio, with its sun loungers and barbecue, with views to the nature reserve, or have a picnic in the meadow or at some of the other picnic spots suggested in the user guide. We have a picnic backpack for your use. Under floor central heating in every room with its’ own thermostatic control, and an oil burning stove in the living room makes this beautiful home extremely comfortable and warm all year.
