Absolutely Perfect!

We were looking for somewhere to base ourselves before our daughter’s wedding nearby. We asked if it was possible for make up artists, photographers, wedding cars etc to attend and the owners could not have been more helpful. We stayed the night before the wedding with the bride to be and her sisters, it was absolutely perfect for us as a family, and plenty of light and space for the wedding preparations, then us parents returned to relax and unwind on Sunday afternoon and evening! The Cart House is wonderful, everything has been thought of, and it is a very pleasant, relaxing place to stay.

Perfect little break

What a great stay, full of character! Hosts have thought of everything, the little details make all the difference; books for children, decaf teabags to name just a couple! Beautiful location, easy to get to many local attractions and peaceful enough just to relax in! Will definitely be returning!!

Superb accommodation

We enjoyed a lovely short stay at the Cart House which we found to be superbly appointed and just what we needed. The Cart House is superbly equipped and offers excellent accommodation. We were only there for a couple of days with friends but it was a great base and suited us very well for our short visit to the area. The owners popped by to say hello and they were really friendly and very helpful. We would recommend this to anyone considering a visit to the area.

Lovely cottage, we had a great stay

Super cottage, stocked with everything you could possibly need, very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Lovely view. Ample parking and pretty garden. Village close by, is excellent for shops etc. Location is ideal for Portsmouth, Southampton and the Downs. Had a really great holiday, thank you!
