This apartment was all-around an excellent find - perfect location in the center of a lot of activity/sights, and very well-maintained. Hosts were very communicative. My only issue was the way of getting in the building and apartment - it required using a link on your phone. This was a little stressful given that I didn't always have great phone service, and/or I was concerned about my phone battery dying. I understand that Granada does not allow code-based entry systems to be put on buildings, but there should be an easy back up way in case the phone fails.

This was a great stay for four nights in Granada! Beautiful little inner courtyard and balcony windows. Super close to everything -- literally steps from the cathedral -- and a very comfortable common area when you need to relax at home base. Really appreciated the hair dryer that had multiple attachments, a good little washer for laundry, and the elevator. Would happily stay here again!

Terrific location, comfortable accommodation

Once we figured out how to access this lovely property (bit of a difficulty getting in) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment is spotlessly clean, kitchen is incredibly well equipped, great shower — plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I would highly recommend this apartment for comfort and location! (Alas, we were hoping to drop our bags off a bit early and had some difficulty accessing the building in order to do so)

The best thing about this apartment is the location. Although it’s hard to find, and check-in was difficult for us, there is a delicious coffee place directly across the walkway, and many restaurants and attractions nearby. Our rating is low because the apartment wasn’t clean and there was no toilet paper when we arrived. The bathroom was especially dirty and there was garbage in the garbage can still. The property manager (it’s important to note - this is operated as a business, not somebody’s home) was responsive, but not very understanding. He sent the cleaners to clean again our first day there, and they brought a minimal amount of toilet paper. They left the bathroom sink dirty, a lot of piles of dirt in the middle of the floor (which they apparently had swept up, but not picked up) and dust bunnies and hair in the corners. When we let the property manager know the apartment still wasn’t clean, he showed pictures that the cleaners had taken and told us that as far as he understood, it was clean. My sister and I vacuumed the floors and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. He offered no compensation for this inconvenience. He did have a new water kettle delivered on day two. And when we noted there were no dishwasher tabs, he had them delivered on day three. So we had a lot of interaction, and problems were somewhat resolved. It may simply be a feature of the neighborhood, but on two occasions, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Beware.

I can't imagine a location more in the center of things -- you walk out and are steps away from the cathedral, restaurants, shopping, and plazas. The apartment itself is gorgeous and modern. Bedrooms in the back are quiet despite the busy location. Highly recommend!

Hemos tenido una fantástica experiencia con el apartamento. Decoración cuidada y con gusto, todo lo necesario en cocina y baño y las fotos reflejan exactamente cómo es el piso. Ubicación inmejorable y piso tranquilo y sin ruido a pesar de estar tan en el centro. Repetiremos cuando volvamos.

Family vacation in the heart of Granada, right next to the cathedral. Perfect starting point for any tour of the city. Beautifully furnished, modern apartment with two cozy bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Antonio was the perfect host. Quick to respond to any request and very easy to communicate with.
