Lovely apartment surrounded by greenery, with shared pool and enchanting sea view, located at the foot of Mount Etna, just a few minutes' drive from Catania.

The apartment open space, which spreads over the ground floor, opens onto a bright living area furnished with a kitchen equipped with a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools, a breakfast bar table, a comfortable single sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area, divided off the living one by a wall, comes with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with two lamps and a spacious wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The highlight of the apartment is the outdoor space, surrounded by the coutryside, provided with a large picnic table with benches under a gazebo and a table with two chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the landscape and the view on the sea.
The washing machine, the air conditioning and the free wi-fi will be at guests’ disposal.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 8th of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

Giarre, is a small town between Catania and Taormina, on the eastern coast of Sicily. Its position, halfway between the coast and Parco dell'Etna, makes it perfect for nature lovers who can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or an amazing trekking on the volcano. The city boasts a beautiful historic center, rich in lava stone paving alleys along which it is possible to admire a wide range of buildings of architectural interest and which lead to the nevralgic point of the city, Piazza Duomo. Here, it is possible to contemplate the neoclassic-style Chiesa di Sant’Isidoro built entirely with white stone from Comiso. Another jewel of the city is the Chiesa di Gesù Lavoratore which features a reproduction of the Grotto of Lourdes with a Sicilian-shape opening, from where the water flows into a pentagonal tub, which represents the five continents. Villa Garibaldi, with a wide range of historic buildings and parks, is worth a visit. Last, but not least, the Expo Food & Wine: it is a fair about gastronomy and tasting of all kinds, which is held in November.

The airport of Catania is located just 40 minutes by car from the apartment, while the train station is around 8 minutes away.
