The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a wood burner for colder days.

Upstairs, there are four beautifully appointed double bedrooms all with super king-size beds and modern en-suite facilities. There are incredible south facing views from the property overlooking pretty countryside.

Flagstone floors in many parts of the property make it practical to live in and outside there is a car port and ample room for parking. There is an attractive, enclosed garden and equipment such as BBQs, garden furniture, cots, etc. are all available on request. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed in the property although we can provide kennels on the Estate for your four-legged friend.

Laverockbank Farmhouse can be booked together with neighbouring Laverockbank Steading to provide accommodation for up to 14 guests. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties at Laverockbank Farmhouse.

Originally from the south coast of England, I relocated to Perthshire in 2019 to look after the Estate’s farming, forestry, shooting and property portfolio. In my leisure time I enjoy climbing Munros, hiking, shooting, gundog training and kayaking.

Our luxury accommodation provides a sense of place, allowing our guests the opportunity to relax in the stunning Perthshire countryside, enjoy warm Scottish hospitality, take part in unique outdoor activities and experience the Estate’s rich history and heritage.

Our Hospitality Manager, Vikki and myself will go the extra mile to personally welcome guests and orientate them into their holiday accommodation. We pay attention to the smallest details, providing lovely touches such as complimentary refreshments, fresh flowers, decanters filled with Scottish spirits, luxury toiletries, fluffy towels and bathrobes, and making sure our properties are immaculately cleaned between visitors.
