Access to the house is via an entrance gate with digital code with space to store bicycles. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
An entrance courtyard houses the summer dining room (3m table and Weber gas bbq) and opens onto the garden with a first living room on a wooden terrace ideal for taking your breakfast. At the back of the house, you will find the heated and secured swimming pool (4 x 8 m) / electric curtain), 4 deck chairs with cushions, and an outdoor lounge.
