Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
Three-room apartment - 2/3 beds
We offer our guests a traditional cottage with a rustic Tuscan style within an exclusive context, in a completely fenced private villa. It consists of a living room with large windows, which makes it bright, and a kitchenette. Sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one single. Bathroom with shower box.
