We had a wonderful week staying at this villa with our family. The kids absolutely loved the space and the pool! The villa had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and everything was well thought out. We had a fantastic time and honestly have nothing bad to say. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids had a lovely time at Sun Cay. The villa was large, very clean and well maintained. The outside space was spacious with several areas to relax in. The bbq was very good and the pool was nice and clean with an outdoor bathroom and shower.There is a road next to the property but it still felt private and peaceful and the surrounding areas are scenic. It was a very pleasant stay and would recommend checking it out.

A well appointed, spacious villa in a quiet location on the 505 road. Several shady seating options, large swimming pool, lovely barbacue. Staff we met were friendly and extremely helpful. There were some inital plumbing issues which were put right within a few hours.

Relaxing luxury villa

I am a fussy traveller and loved it. Lots of space, great layout. Lots of choices of outside space/areas. Owner arrived Leiden with the best Oranges I have ever tasted when we reported one tiny issue - resolved immediately. Wi fi great. Easy to find. Virtually 2 roads to the coast and at a beach in 10 mins where many popular beaches can be reached. Location very private and peaceful. Loved it. Thank you

A lovely remote house with large pool!

A lovely large property with several separate areas inside and outside which is great for larger groups to spread out. The house is located away from all of the touristy areas between two mountains so very remote, beautiful scenery and very few neighbours, we only met the chickens from the farm next door! The house is located on the road side which we didn’t realise when booking. However it’s a very quiet area so not a busy road, the house is raised one flight of steps from the ground level/road and there are high walls and a high, electronic gate which blocks the view of the road and ensures safety. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the closest town. The house had everything we needed including an outside bathroom which was very handy. The house owner was great, he cleaned the pool, brought us mangoes and oranges from his house/farm and gave us lots of useful information! All in all, it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again if in the area.

la maison est grande et fraiche même s il fait chaud la salle d eau extérieure très pratique beaucoup de vaissellespiscine superbe et même si le prix est élevé pour la faire chauffer , elle était chaude et on a pu en profiter à tout heure de la journée elle est exposée toute la journée au soleil , suffisamment de transit le barbecue fonctionne bien les espaces extérieurs sont agréables pas de guêpes ni de moustiques juste des mouches un peu envahissantes la route n est pas dérangeante

La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ottima villa per una vacanza con amici. Gli spazi comuni della casa sono davvero ampi e il fattore di avere a disposizione 3 bagni é davvero comodo. Il giardino è completo di tutto e la piscina davvero fantastica. La descrizione offerta dall’host corrisponde a quanto realmente viene offerto. L’ambiente circostante è tranquillo e offre la possibilità di divertirsi a qualsiasi ora senza preoccupazioni.Consiglio vivamente.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und geräumig. Alles in allem sehr lohnenswert wenn man einfach mal relaxen und abschalten will. Der Pool war am Ankunftstag fast grün und sehr dreckig. Obwohl wir drauf hingewiesen haben, kam der Poolboy erst am 2. Tag mitten in der Nacht. 2 1/2 Tage konnte man den Pool also leider nicht nutzen. Des weiteren waren überall Armeisen, auch das haben wir am Ankunftstag reklamiert. Eine Antwort dazu haben wir nicht erhalten. Dementsprechend haben wir dann selber Armeisenköder usw. Gekauft und haben die gesamte Fläsche auf denen Armeisenstraßen unterwegswaren mit Essig und Spüli gereinigt,sodass wir den restlichen Urlaub Ruhe hatten. Der Staubsauger war ebenfalls defekt. Bis auf den Pool alles nur kleinigkeiten. Dennoch ist das Haus einen Aufenthalt wert! Liebe Grüße

Tatsächlich war unser Poolteam am Tag Ihrer Meldung bereits im Einsatz, daher konnte der zuständige Mitarbeiter erst am folgenden Tag in den späten Abendstunden bei Ihnen vorbeikommen. Wir verstehen natürlich, dass dies nicht ideal war, und bedanken uns für Ihre Geduld. Was das Thema Ameisen betrifft, tut es uns leid, dass Sie darauf keine direkte Antwort erhalten haben. In der Regel versuchen wir, schnellstmöglich auf alle Hinweise zu reagieren. Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung ernst und werden unsere internen Abläufe diesbezüglich nochmals überprüfen. Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Eigeninitiative – wir freuen uns, dass Sie den restlichen Aufenthalt dennoch genießen konnten. Den defekten Staubsauger werden wir selbstverständlich ersetzen lassen – danke für den Hinweis! Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre positiven Worte zum Haus. Für die Baustelle kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Aber die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße muss ich wohl bei Buchung übersehen haben.

Virkelig et skønt sted med smuk udsigt og dejlige faciliteter. Vi var 7 voksne og to børn af sted sammen, og det fungerede rigtig godt med store, gode opholdsarealer både inde og ude og en dejlig pool. På dette tidspunkt af året (midt januar) er det godt at have en god trøje med, da det bliver lidt koldt i villaen morgen og aften, når solen ikke står på. Rigtig god kommunikation med Carlos og de andre fra Villa Gran Canaria -det kan virkelig anbefales!
