A lovely cottage in a great location, Perfect for a long weekend away with friends. Lovely courtyard garden not overlooked. Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable House close to the sea

Very comfortable, well equipped house, with everything you could need, just a few minutes walk from the sea. Very comfortable beds too. Less than a minute walk from the seafront and the high street. Enjoyed our stay very. I h.

Lovely house, very central

A lovely house but, I suppose, like all houses it has some quirks. The old style loo is difficult to flush unless you have come across them before. I can’t imagine a child could do it. It can make a weird noise after you flush it but it can be stopped when you flush the Downstairs one. When I had a query about anything Keepers Cottages were super efficient and very helpful Very central but in the older part of town which is definitely the nicest part and my favourite bit.

Ideal place to stay for English Channel swim

Lovely house in an ideal location which is close to the sea and the Main Street amenities and shops . We used this as a base for our English Channel swim and it was ideal. Would highly recommend it .

Had trip to catch up with family

The place was great to stay in, had everything you would need the bedroom was up some steepish stairs I have mobility issues (was warned beforehand) and found it a bit awkward the steps into the property were a bit difficult for me but if you have mobility issues, you'll find this property ideal for location for restaurants etc

Another great weekend in Deal!

Lovely cottage, well located, warm and super clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for condition is that we had trouble with the oven not working properly, and the kettle kept tripping the fuse box (easy fix!) The service was excellent, we rang on Easter Monday morning for help to find the fuse box and the person was super helpful. The whole place was immaculate, and super comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Comfortable cottage in excellent location with great bedroom and nice garden

The property was totally satisfactory. We had a few issues with operating the heating system when we arrived in winter and it took a few days to get help with regulating it, but after that, system worked well. The location is great for pedestrians, close to the beach and also to shops. Nicely decorated cottage, and stairs are good. The TV was not a smart TV as far as we knew, so we had limited streaming. Kitchen well equipped and a larger fry pan was provided when we asked for one. A new hose also provided but we never figured out how to attach and use it.

Arrival: 5/5, no problems. Location: 5/5, perfect, 1 min from seafront and a couple of minutes from the shops on the high street and restaurants. Cottage condition: 4/5, nice character consistent with the pictures, overall very good and clean. A couple of areas needing attention though: some of the stair handrails were loose which combined with the steep, tight staircase is not great for those with kids or mobility issues. Also, the countertop in the kitchen sink area needs replacement. Amenities: 5/5, washer & dryer, good size fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave all in good order. No kettle however! Cleaning supplies were provided. Bathroom: 5/5, both are modern and nice, main is a good size with an excellent shower. Plenty of nice bath towels. Internet: 5/5, high speed. Back Yard: 2/5, could be a nice space but needs some TLC to remove weeds and pigeon droppings. Disappointing, we didn't use it as much as we would have because of this. We did not have a car so not sure about ease of parking / competition for spaces.

Cottage in Deal

Sehr schönes Haus in direkter Strandnähe, im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einkäufe sind zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erledigen. Parken ist schwierig aber machbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
