The house spans two floors, thoughtfully designed for both families and groups of friends. Villa Nera accommodates up to 8 guests, allowing them to enjoy comfort and space throughout. The ground floor includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, ensuring you have everything you need close at hand. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a water heater, a toaster, a coffee maker, and, of course, all the dishes and cookware you need to prepare meals. Meal preparation is made easy and enjoyable, especially for those who like to cook even while on vacation. The dining area features a large table for 8, perfect for gathering around and enjoying delicious meals together.
The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. You can unwind on the comfortable sofa or enjoy the large SAT TV, perfect for evenings or whenever you need a break. From the ground-floor living area, you have access to the terrace, where an outdoor dining table for 8 and a traditional stone grill await you, allowing for delicious outdoor dining. The terrace connects directly to the garden and pool, giving the space a sense of connection to nature.
The first floor offers three spacious bedrooms, providing a quiet retreat for rest. Villa Nera also has friendly owners – an older couple who live in a private part of the house with a separate entrance. The owners respect the guests’ privacy and do not use the pool, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.
