Wonderful second stay

This was my second time staying at this accommodation and everything was just as clean, easy and enjoyable as the first time! Upon arrival Terrance had a fruit arrangement and wine to show appreciation for rebooking, the apartment was extremely clean and stocked as well as the views are breath taking. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Stay!

Perfect combination of amazing views and great location. The place was very clean and perception was that it is bigger than the pictures. A very nice kitchen that helped a lot to cater for our son's meals. Terrence is an excellent host, who made everything very easy from start to end. Would definitely be staying again on this property next time we are in London!

V neat apartment, good views of the River Thames and host was v attentive. V comfortable space. Could do with a few more utensils but otherwise great spot for relaxing break

Most terrible trip booked ever. So prior to my check in, I called and texted host for the access to the property but he neither answered nor replied to my text. God in touch with Vrbo customer service and they couldn’t not get in touch with Terence as well and so they had to cancel the booking and refunded my money. Had to cancel my trip as I was travelling from far and had no money to rebook another until I had received my refund.TERENCE IS SO HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Short stay

Good location to high street and transport links. Lovely views. Basically clean however areas in bathroom such as storage shelves and shower were not cleaned effectively. Opened toiletries such as mouthwash, toothpaste etc and empty products in cabinets presumably from previous guests. Bedding crumpled/not ironed and had to find clean pillow cases as not put on. Queries to host pre-stay took some time to be addressed. Above issues not raised at time of stay due to only 2 night stay and aforementioned response delay however did message privately on leaving.

The worst rental experience we have ever had

Before our rental started Terence never replied to any messages sent via VRBO or his cell phone. He did not provide access details until I complained to VRBO customer service, and then only 24 hours before we arrived. He gave us a numerical code for access. One has to go through a secure gate to access the grounds of the flat, which can only be opened with an electronic fob, which we didn’t have. We were let thru by another resident. The numerical code did not work on the entrance door to the apartment block. Yet another resident let us in. In the flat there was only one key/fob for a rental of 3 and a half weeks. My wife and I could not go out and come back separately unless one of us was in the flat. Terence refused to provide a second key/fob. 2 out of 3 ceiling lights in the en-suite bathroom, and 1 light in the other bathroom, and the extract fans in both, were not working. This made it difficult to meaningfully use the en-suite, particularly for makeup, as it was too dim, and steamed up completely when using the shower, as did the other bathroom. We sent repeated texts to Terence asking for these matters to be fixed. He often did not reply for a week or more and, despite telling us the problems would be fixed, they never were. There is an air cooling system in the flat which never worked. We asked Terence for instructions but he never gave them to us. We paid some US$7,000 for this rental and Terence gave us a refund of US$190, which is very inadequate

Excellent host & great location on the Thames . Close to transport , shops ,cafe etc.

Very lovely well equipped apartment with excellent security & amenities .Host Terry was a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommend this apartment for your next London visit .
