This property really does offer some of the finest panoramic views of the sparking Bocaina Strait and the bustling resort of Playa Blanca, with its restaurant lined harbour and extensive coastline. A brisk 30-minute walk will take you into the heart of Playa Blanca and to the magnificent white sand beaches. If you're after a beach holiday then Playa Blanca is definitely for you!

This wonderful villa has so much to offer! Outside on the terrace, you'll find two pools, one larger 5x12m roman style pool, a smaller children's pool, plus a hot tub. Take in the amazing views and soak up the sunshine, a drink in hand and surrounded by friends and family, what could be better? If you don't feel like a dip in the pool then you can relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy the company of a good book under the pergola. Or maybe head across the road to the shared tennis court and enjoy some healthy competition with a game of tennis. There's also a children?s play area for the little ones, a football table and a games room containing a games console and a TV. Inside this spacious property, you'll find a generous fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen island definitely takes centre stage with a modern wine cooler to keep your vino cool on those hot days. Continue further through the property and you'll come to the living area, with comfortable sofas, air conditioning and patio doors leading to the terrace outside. There are also five bedrooms, two offer super king-size four poster beds, smart TV's and doors to the terrace area. They both also have private ensuites, fitted with whirlpool bathtubs and twin basins. You'll want to snap up one of these rooms! The other three bedrooms are all twin rooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom whilst the remaining two share a separate bathroom.  All bedrooms feature free air conditioning for those warm nights.
