Luxury Grand First floor duplex apartment located in Glasgow’s most exclusive residential area . The apartment occupies the whole of the first floor of this grand old townhouse dating from 1850 . High cielings original cornicing combined with modern interior bespoke art and high quality furnishings and fittings .The elevated views from the apartment are directly over the park with easy on street parking directly outside .
The Park area is a leafy oasis very peaceful and yet it’s central location mean it’s ideal to access all of Glasgows attractions,SEC Hydro city centre and the bars and restaurants of its famous west end .

Excellent location and fantastic apartment with great views.

If you want to stay in a great west end location and have easy access to Glasgow this is a fab choice.

Lovely 'art' apartment oozing high quality in every room. A art lovers delight. Kitchen well-equiped. The drawing room/lounge was very comfy with lovely views over Kelvingrove Park. Less than 10 minutes from Sauciehall St, and 10 minutes from the West End.

minor confusion regarding check-in process. I was not receiving email which were being sent to me, that would have included relevant information. Master bedroom bathroom sink, also drained slowly. Otherwise, great location, great host.

Absolutely loved the home and neighbourhood, an absolute dream. Exactly as pictured with everything made comfortable and in working order. Negative was being charged an additional premium three months after booking when the host realized that the Commonwealth Games (announced in September 2024) occurring in July 2026 would drive up demand. Options provided by the host for a week's stay were to pay an additional 1,250.00 on top of the agreed amount or if I "would be more comfortable to find alternative accommodation" they would be cancelling my stay and re-booking the flat to someone else at a higher price because they are are "running a buisness (sic) and simply cannot be undersold". Due to said higher demand for the Commonwealth Games making finding new suitable accommodations impossible and it being only six months away from the more-recently-announced wedding I was attending that week in Glasgow, I kept the booking and paid the "more than competitive" premium. Stay was lovely, wedding was even lovelier, being price gouged by the host was tough.

You MUST stay here!! I was simply astonished as I entered. The soaring ceilings must be 16 to 18 feet high! (maybe 5 meters?!) The kitchen has all of the high end appliances and the living areas are remarkably spacious. The windows are some of the tallest I've seen! Truly incredible! We were able to walk down through the beautiful park situated across the street from the flat. It was only a 10 to 15 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in the up and coming west end of Glasgow! The college is right through the park as well. We were very comfortable and actually looked forward to getting back in the evening to enjoy the theater type setting upstairs! Perfect in the Park is, in fact, the most accurate name for this place!! We LOVED it!! Cheers!

Perfect Perfect in the Park

Beautiful apartment in great location. Was exactly how it was described. Well stocked kitchen and fresh food items provided were a pleasant surprise! Hosts Mark and Roch were very attentive and responded to our questions quickly.

The flat is simply lovely, as are the hosts. We were there to visit our daughter who is at University of Glasgow and celebrate an early Thanksgiving. The kitchen was pretty well appointed, certainly compared to many other VRBO properties. Mark and Roch were super communicative and very clear with all the information. Roch even had to come let us into the flat late one night after I locked us out (Doh!). The view is lovely and the location is prime. We would definitely return!

Beautiful apartment, as pictured. Tasteful and elegant decor throughout. Lovely natural light and wonderful views. Everything was clean and in working order and the welcome treats were a delightful surprise. Quiet neighborhood. Hilltop apartment is a bit of a climb from shops, restaurants and subway, bit it offset the calories from the wonderful restaurants recommended by hosts. We definitely got our steps in. Highly recommended.

Lovely location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at “Perfect in the Park”. What a beautiful flat! We especially loved its proximity to the park for our morning walks. The bed was comfortable and appreciated that there was a Nespresso Ventura coffee machine and plenty of towels. I couldn’t figure out how to get the clothes dryer to work but I am sure it was operator error! Highly recommend.

Picturesque Flat on the Park

The flat is quite lovely with 2 nice size bedrooms with 2 renovated and updated bathrooms - one with shower and one with bath. The bedding and towels were of excellent quality. The kitchen had everything you could need if you want to cook. The refrigerator was well-provisioned with milk, yogurt, eggs and fruit. The living and dining rooms were quite spacious plus there is a loft space with the TV. We needed to drop our bags off before check-in and Mark was quite accommodating. Definitely the place to be in the West End!1

3 Perfect Nights in "Perfect in the Park"

My wife and I and two Canadian friends stayed at "Perfect in the Park" for three nights in May. We have stayed in many Glasgow properties but this apartment is in a class of its own. It quite simply does what it says on the tin - it is PERFECT IN THE PARK. The apartment is beautifully presented and decorated to an exceptional standard. The photographs on line probably don't do it justice. We particularly liked the cinema/TV room on the mezzanine floor. Mark was a perfect host and everythng promised was promptly delivered. We are looking forward to our next stay at "Perfect in the Park".
