Our wonderful waterview lodges are situated around one of our beautiful lakes. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a 50" Smart TV for you to enjoy with all the family and friends. With a twin single room and a master double with en-suite shower, and a main bathroom with bath/shower. Open your patio doors to your outdoor decking area, giving you breathtaking views of nature. There is also your fabulous hot tub that is designed to relax and unwind in.. Paradise Lakeside Lodges is a relaxing and stunning holiday park located only a few miles from the beautiful city of York. With two fishing lakes onsite dedicated to only our own guests, you never have to stress about getting the perfect spot to cast in. Stocked with up to 20lbs carp and a variety of roach, rudd, tench and ream.

Our lodges (excluding pods) are all fitted with hot tubs to give you that relaxing feeling of peace, whilst also being surrounded by nature and are the perfect spot for gazing up into the starry nights sky. Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are also available in all our accommodations allowing you to relax and watch your all your favorite streaming services.

With the historic city of York being only 7 miles away, there is a plethora of activities on offer. The beautiful East coast seaside towns of Scarbourgh, Bridlington and Filey are also only a short drive away.

Please note the owners will accept all-male, all-female and mixed groups over the age of 21 only, the park will not accept any groups under the age of 21.
Arrival Information
PLEASE NOTE1) Towels are not supplied in any of our accommodations 2) Check in is between 5pm - 6pm.* If you are going to arrive later you must ring the park the day before arrival to arrange a late check in.* For a two night break commencing on a Saturday only, check in is available between 10am and 1pm.3) A pre- authorisation security deposit will be taken by credit or debit card on arrival: £50 for pods, £100 for lodges and £200 for the Kingfisher House4) The park has a strict policy whereby it does not allow groups of more than 2 adults per lodge/booking (not including children) and will be refused check in if non-compliant.5) Paradise pods have a portable electric 2 ring hob and microwave but do not have an oven6) Hot tubs may not be up to full temperature on arrival due to cleaning and water changing
Please note if you plan to arrive after 6pm or a day later for your holiday which is not a standard check-in day (Monday, Friday or Saturday) you must telephone the park the day before your arrival to arrange key collection and to pay the pre-authorisation amount
Please note, a pre-authorisation by credit or debit card will be taken on arrival: £200 for Kingfisher House, £100 for Lodges, £50 for Paradise Pods
Please note this Lodge does Not have a Hot Tub.
