Lovely room and beautifully decorated

Lovely room and beautifully decorated. We made full use of the roll top bath and it’s in a great location for getting into York - only 5 minute drive from Monks Cross park and ride.

Very Cute little property.

The little studio apartment was incredibly cosy and cute. We loved here. Perfect for a couple of a few friends. The bath in the middle of the room was lovely under the TV, very relaxing. The beds were dead comfy and the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful on all encounters. Had a very pleasant stay here. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay

So cute

Such a cute conversion, the little garden set was lovely to sit out on a sunny day, the stable was clean and modern yet rustic, we have visited before and will return again, we come here for our anniversary and it never fails to please us. A great bus route into the centre.

Quirky little stay

we booked this last minute and it didn't dissapoint, staff are onsite if you need anything and are more than helpful, the bath in the room was amazing and the beds were sooo comfy, it has a bus stop just outside that goes straight into town, a great stay!

Great stay

Had a really nice short break at Earswick. Location excellent for getting in to York. We caught the bus in which stopped about 100 yards down the road. The property is behind the main bungalow, so is away from the road, so there was zero road noise. The flat is nice and clean, bed is comfy, heating is easy to operate. Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge for renters use. We had one minor issue, and contact was really easy, and dealt with very promptly, so no complaints about service levels. Oh, and one really useful thing to note, the sign outside is lit up, so if you are arriving in the dark (as we did) you can see where to pull in off the main road from a couple of hundred yards away. Would stay again.

Great stay

Perfect room! Lovely and clean with modern decor. Location was great with easy access into York. Bath was amazing and we particularly liked the little touches such as tea/coffee and bubble bath! Brill communication with the host, easy check in and out and plenty of parking! Thank you x

Great stay

Stopped here for two nights as a treat for my husbands birthday. We were in the converted barn 1 which had a roll top bath at the end of the bed and a lovely walk in shower in the bathroom. Also in the room there was a self contained kitchenette with a microwave toaster kettle fridge and a sink plus all cutlery and crockery you would need. A beautiful place decorated to a high standard and the owner was very friendly. Also there was a folder with all details of local places to visit. Local restaurant and taxi numbers. Plus at the end of the drive was the bus stop which had easy routes direct into York. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

A very comfortable stay, equipped with all the essentials you may need. Spacious bedroom, with a beautiful bathroom, and a very big walk in shower. The finishings in the apartment are beautiful, and the apartment was exceptionally clean. Easy access into the city. Perfect stopover for our journey up to Scotland.

Comfortable stay

The beds were so comfortable and the bed linen felt very luxurious, the bath in the middle of the room was a real centre peice to this room, we had the option of a shower in a seperate bathroom too, my daughter loved the bath and watching her cartoons! Had a decent size fridge and a microwave to heat up any meals or snacks! Was ideal for us would certainly return.

Short comfy stay

Used for two nights during the food festival in York. Very comfortable and great value for money. Only ten min taxi ride into York City centre. Loads of space in the room and big shower. Parking was excellent with lots of spaces just outside your door.
