Check In erfolgte um 2,5 Stunden (18:00 statt 15:30) später als angemeldet; Schlüsselübergabe nur über Box. Die sollten da hinterlegt sein waren aber nicht da. Mit dem Nachbarn konnten wir in den Flur hier wurden wir auf 17:00 vertröstet. Vormieter muss die Wohnung ziemlich desolat hinterlassen haben. Danach mussten wir nochmal warten da der Schlüssel irrtümlich mitgenommen wurde.Der nächste Ärger war, der gebrochene und verbogene Lattenrost, dadurch rollte man ständig in die Bettmitte. Nach Rückfrage und der Zusage der Reparatur haben wir es trotzdem versucht. Den Tipp von der Verwaltung Bücher oder Holzklötze unterzulegen, konnte in Ermangelung dieser nicht umgesetzt werden. Die untergelegten Decken hielten nicht lange. Aber da hatten wir schon ein anderes Problem. Die LED Lichtleisten über dem Bett waren defekt. Alle 3min kam ein Lichtblitz. Woanders wird man mit sowas gefoltert. Hinzu kam das der Reinigungsversuch nicht nachhaltig war. Ein unangenehmer Geruch hat sich wieder durchgesetzt. Wir haben nach dieser Nacht keine Möglichkeit mehr gesehen, wie der Schaden ohne weitern Urlaubszeitverlust behoben werden kann und haben die Unterkunft verlassen. Eine Reaktion vom Vermieter (Er hat sich nur bedankt, dass wir den Schlüssel wieder in die Box gelegt haben) blieb aus. Wir hatten Mehrkosten von 140 Euro für eine Ersatzunterkunft.Weitere Mängel würden den Rahmen der Aufzählung sprengen.
