It was very nice, if i had one comment of improvement The queen bed we slept in was worn and 2 adults literallyroll into the middle and it was difficult to sleep well like that, but everything else was great!

Everything was great! A short walk across the road to the beach. Plenty of room. We had 3 cottages to accommodate the family. Room to spread out and have a bonfire. This was our second time!

Beautiful!

What a great place to stay. Clean home, comfortable bedding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only drawback was only 1 bathroom. But we made it work.

Beautiful house and location!!!

The pictures don’t do this property justice
it is spectacularly spacious and beautiful! The location is awesome-centrally located, a block away from the lake. The hosts were awesome, great amenities, stocked well with staples. Felt right at home!!! Thank you for a fabulous time!!!

It was enjoyable. It was a little chilly yet. But the fire pit and s'mores made that just fine. We seen the biggest skunk. Lol the kids learned all about them. They only said part was our time went so fast. We all were truly sad to go home.

Great location- Peaceful

We loved this place. I am sure we will go back. The location would be ideal for a large group with all the cabins on site. Awesome updated space, lots of space! Close to the water too
 big park near by!! Honestly it was a GREAT PLACE
 and close to Lexington, close to port Huron
 just overall enjoyable!! The ONLY disappointment , and I hesitate even saying ANYTHING
. The memory foam mattresses, didn’t agree with my husband and I’s bodies :( I know that beds are super tricky to get right for everyone. We weren’t a fan, but that wouldn’t prevent us from coming back
 I find that beds are always the HARDEST fit of renting places
 thank you for an excellent stay!!! The items provided were over and above, towels, and essentials!!! Make sure if you love rock hunting you come here so many rocks everywhere!!! .

Family Time

This amazing well thought out home was exactly what i wanted for mom who is 82. The park and beach across the street and everything so easily accessible! The young great grands kids came up for the day and dinner! The house is so big and open, beds are great ! Just loved it!

Nice little getaway

Very nice cottage. Had an enjoyable time there. The mattress though was very soft and high off the ground. And if there would be a hand rail in the shower it would give more peace of mind while using it, as our group consisted of senior citizens

Great Family Vacation

This spot has everything you need to have a stress free family vacation. I love that plenty of outdoor toys are provided. The kids had fun with the board games at night.

Wonderful cottage. Great location and perfect clean and tasteful decor. Perfect kitchen and dining options both indoor and out. Everyone enjoyed the time we had together there close to the beach, state park and The Tally Ho!

Nice place

I’m originally from Port Huron but now live in New Mexico. My fiancĂ© and I rented the Lighthouse cottage. My son and his wife and daughter flew in from Montana and stayed with us. The cottage is in a beautiful area, within a short walking distance to the beach. It easily accommodated 5 people. Close to Port Huron and Lexington. Would recommend!

Excellent stay at The Lighthouse. The property was clean and comfortable. More than enough room for just 3 of us. The pictures were a great representation of the property. The property manager was very helpful and available.

We enjoy our stay. Cabin was well stocked with all our needs. Owner was promised yo answer question

We love the cabin. One suggestion would be to put curtains in the bedrooms for more provecy and to be able to sleep in.

Lighthouse building

place was spotlessly clean, everything worked properly, stocked with kitchen items. the location was great just across the street. It was easy to get to other thing like the state parks , swinging bridge and the Lake Huron Harbor/pier. Couldn't be happier great place for a family to stay.
