Condo très confortable, dans un excellent emplacement central. Il est à seulement 15 miles du centre-ville de Denver, 21 miles à Boulder, et à seulement 20 miles de l'aéroport international de Denver.

SUPER PROPRE!!! (S'il vous plaît lire les commentaires! Tout le monde commente la propreté !! Je suis un germaphobe! Pas une si mauvaise chose, je pense)

Great location with a lot of walking trails nearby. Lots of grass and trees that are all well kept. Peaceful neighbors- nice AC/ heater. We would stay again!

Literally everything was perfect!! Would 100% recommend this to a friend/colleauge or stay myself again. It was clean, roomy enough but not too big, comfortable beds and furniture, beautifully decorated, cozy, welcoming, quiet neighbors. Don and Beth were amazing hosts!!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished very well. There was laundry detergent, soap etc which was very helpful. Also the kitchen was fully furnished and had all the necessary supplies! We will definitely stay here again!

Summer Internship Housing

Great place and very accommodating. Great neighbors. Good parking. Only issue was advertised as having A/C but it did not. However, A/C was installed during my stay. Would definitely recommend for long term stays.

Great location and hosts!

We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Local park and lake and food nearby. Paved running trails away from the roads in the neighborhood. The hosts were great and made our holidays away from home very nice!

Good Location, Nice Clean Place

I stayed for 4 months - it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good and near many places to eat and buy groceries. Even drive to airport is not too bad. No disturbance and a nice neighborhood to walk. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Cozy condo!

We loved this condo! The property was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our needs, and the owner provided little extras that were much appreciated. The location is ideal for activities in Denver and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Denver area.

Great location, well-supplied with anything you could imagine

With comfortable beds and furniture, and immaculate housekeeping, this condo contains anything and everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, including herbs and spices, and various food items ready to prepare. Fresh cookies welcomed us, along with good wifi. We have several family members in the Denver area, this condo made visiting them much more comfortable than invading their living spaces.

Cozy Clean Place

This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and cozy enough room for 6 of us. Beds where very comfortable and had plenty of bedding. Cooked a large meal one night and had everything I need to make it happen plenty of pots and pans. Found everything I needed never had to run to the store for the little things. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Loved how we felt like home.

Charming and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay very much. Traveling alone, I felt very safe there. The entire place was well appointed; linens, kitchen utensils, blankets, soaps, shampoos, and even toothpaste! It didn't mention that it had a pool, but it did! YAY!! If I ever come to this area again, I would certainly stay there. Very satisfying.

A Beautiful Stay!

We were in town so our granddaughter could participate in a Suzuki institute. We had a wonderful experience for our first time renting thru VRBO. It was easy renting our condo and we were very pleasantly surprised at the beauty and cleanliness of the condo. It was wonderful being able to move into a well-furnished home away from home. Our granddaughters especially loved the pool. Condo owner Don Green was great to work with, and very responsive to emails and phone calls. We would love to come back next summer!

Great condo with so many amenities

This place exceeded our expectations! First, the condo was incredible clean! There were so many nice touches as soon as we walked in. Everything is labeled, wifi easy to log in. There were yummy cookies on the counter to greet us. The air conditioner and air circulator kept the place nice and cool. The pool was good for a nice dip and the tub was big enough for a good soak after a long day of walking and hiking. We enjoyed our whole stay and would definitely come back!

I am a stay at home dad! Colorado Native! My wife and I both went to Broomfield High School. I went to University of Northern Colorado, my wife went to the University of Colorado. We have 2 wonderful kids and 2 small, somewhat annoying but sweet, rescued dogs. (Chihuahua mixes)

I lived in Thornton growing up until age 12. Then Broomfield, Colorado for most of the rest of my life. We purchased this condo because of the wonderful location, centered in the middle of: Denver, Boulder, and the Denver International Airport. Also for the wonderful neighbors and long-time residents we met, while investigating the neighborhood.
