The only suggestion I have is that the property described that stairs were required to access the property. However, it should be noted that to get to the only unlocked bathroom in the property it required navigating steep narrow stairs to the second floor.

My wife and I were traveling with our dogs and wanting to stay in a house, this is not a standalone home it is a townhome with an attached apartment in the back of the unit. This was not in the listing and if so we would have chosen a different property for the privacy we were looking for.

We want to ensure all travelers have complete clarity when booking, so our listing explicitly notes that the property includes a completely separate mother-in-law apartment with its own entrance. The two units are entirely independent and do not share any interior or common spaces except for the driveway. The property was pet-friendly, and the parking felt safe. The Host was extremely responsive. For those with mobility issues, please note that the only bathroom is on the second floor. It is a steep full set of stairs to reach it.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great location, cute and nicely kept home. Chris was easy to get a hold of and always responded immediately. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Denver !!

Everything was perfect

The location was ideal, super close to all the fun that South Broadway has to offer, their is a Sprouts gricery store 2 blocks away, Chook's Chicken is just a few blocks and Delish. Everything in the house was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again for future trips!
