The setting was beautiful inside and out. Perfect location for our wedding venues and just a really relaxing place to get ready and socialise.

Beautifully finished, spacious, high end accommodation with homely feel.

The sense of space was great for our family get together. Every detail had been thought off, fantastic range of cooking utensils and gadgets, the ratio of en-suites/bathrooms was excellent.

Brilliant venue for friends/family get aways

We stayed at No1 for a friends birthday the barn is super spacious and roomy. The large bedrooms were great. Check in was super simple with great communication with the host. Parking was great and the garden had great views. Would definitely return and recommend staying.

Amazing accommodation outstanding, suited our family

The accommodation was beautiful, everything we needed for our extended family. Spacious and staying here made my sisters wedding a prefect weekend. Dawn couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend it.

Just incredible it was such a special stay that we will never forget,

My family are still talking about the barn, it’s such a special place, so modern and so relaxing, with views of the garden from every window. We sat outside of an evening with a glass of wine and every morning with a coffee because you can see for miles. Dawn our Host was Amazing and couldn’t help enough, even booking us a table at an amazing local restaurant, it’s rural but 10 mins from the city centre, We did lots of walks from the front door.

Such a Beautiful barn

We stayed for two nights as I was getting married at the Chester Feilds down the road. It was such a beautiful barn and the perfect venue to get ready for my big day. All rooms are incredible. I had a few questions which Dawn replied instantly to. Would highly recommend to anyone!

A beautiful house perfect for wedding preparations

I stayed at Little Barrow Barns with my family during my wedding weekend. It was the perfect location for getting ready and relaxing. The house is spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were even blessed with the sunshine and we’re able to make use of the outside seating are and huge garden. Thank you for a lovely and very memorable weekend.

Perfect

Stayed here the night before my wedding & we got ready here on the morning of the wedding. What a fabulous house to celebrate such a happy occasion. We were blessed with the weather so got to enjoy the fabulous views from the huge garden. Kitchen is to die for and all the rooms were high spec. Dawn was very accommodating and came in after we’d left to change bedding for some of our family who stayed here on the second night. We even got a lovely wedding card! Thank you so much.

We had the most wonderful stay. Such a beautiful setting with everything we needed.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids and my mum the night before our wedding. On the 2nd night some of the bridesmaids partners were joining. Dawn arranged a clean and change of linen after the first night, so we arrived back to the place being immaculate. I had text Dawn 2 days before our stay to see if there was an ice bucket for our bubbles in the morning. Dawn went out of her way to order one to arrive in time. Nothing was too much and our stay was spectacular!
