VILLA JOSA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA

What a great holiday home on an amazing location in Moraira! From this modern and tastefully furnished villa you can easily reach the center of Moraira. This village, which has remained authentically Spanish, is characterized by the narrow streets in the center, meandering past nice terraces and restaurants. Everything here makes for a successful holiday on the Costa Blanca!



LAYOUT VILLA JOSA

Via the large terrace you walk into the large open space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a nice kitchen island with bar stools. In the middle of the room is a dining table. Then you will find the living area with sitting area and TV. A view of the beautiful terrace with private pool can be seen from this room. From the kitchen/living room you enter the bedrooms via a long corridor. Bedroom 1: 1x Double bed Bedroom 2: 2x a single bed. Bedroom 3: Double bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: 2 bed with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bathroom 1: separate bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Bathroom 2: ensuite with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom 3: ensuite with walk-in shower, bath, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. All bedrooms and the kitchen/living room have air conditioning. There is a washer and dryer available.



THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA JOSA

Villa Josa has a large swimming pool and naja with spacious terrace, sun loungers and outdoor shower. At the dining table you will find a gas barbecue. There is also a nice sitting area with a bench and chairs to relax during the long summer evenings and enjoy your beautifully lit private pool. There is a private parking space for 3 cars (on the road side), not within the fence.

Specifics

- In the the period from July to August, we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

VRBO

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made: € 345



Deposit

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.



STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Villa Josa is suitable for winter stays. Villa Josa has heating through air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room (the pellets for the pellet stove are available and amount to approximately € 9 per bag, to be paid locally according to consumption). In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per month is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. In the period November to March the rent is on request. Longer periods are on request. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.

Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
