Loved the outdoor terraces. Well suited to young children with the child gate to shut off the pool.Villa is in a good position, near to beach, restaurants and shopping.We all 4 generations enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week in October and honestly had the best holiday. When we arrived we were so pleased with the villa and it's facilities and location. I wish every villa stay was as good as this one. Beautiful home well equipped with absolutely everything a family needs. I would 100 percent return. I also would just like to say that the host was amazing and communication was brilliant. If I could give it 10 stars I would,!

Perfect location! Nice house with good airco. We loved thé pool and outdoor space. Everything we needed was available. Maybe a little bit more kitchen cutlery was handy but otherwise there was a lot of kitchen tools available.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen was so well stocked it had everything you could wish for. The outside eating area was brilliant we really enjoyed our evenings there. The view from the terrace was lovely, over the countryside and down to the sea. The beach was less than 10 mins walk and a great place for watching the sun rise. The local restaurants were very good and reasonably priced.

Fantastic holiday home!

Casa Mar Vista is a beautiful place to stay with every amenity you need. We stayed for a week and everyone in our party had a great time. The villa is well located with restaurants, a beach and a supermarket nearby. Katie was a lovely host and very helpful whenever we needed her.

Superb !

Thank you Katie, the villa is wonderful, had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly loved the pool area and terrace for outside dining, the outside kitchen was a real bonus too !! Location is excellent too with some very nice restaurants and supermarket in walking distance !

Amazing house with everything you could possibly need. Check in/out was seamless and great comms with Katie.The outside space is a fab with lots of shade, pools toys and an outside kitchen. A car is needed to explore the surrounding area, but local beach and a few restaurants are within walking distance.Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Villa

The villa far exceeded our expectations and the property was even nicer than our photos. The welcome box of essentials was a lovely touch and everything had been thought of. The villa lacked nothing and we will be rebooking for next year!

There is nothing more to say. It was perfect. The house has got a good spirit and really everything was fine. We enjoyed our holidays very much. We relaxed and had a perfect time there.

Beautiful Villa!

The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a break away with a large group! The pool is amazing and the outdoor bbq area is a great place to have a nice meal at night! Aircon throughout made it a pleasant place to be due to the temps being very high which was needed! The area is nice with a shop and beach down the road and calpe is only a 10 min drive if you want to go for a more lively place. Great villa overall and would love to come back!

This is a wonderful property and really well located between Calpe and Moraira. La Fustera beach is less than ten mins walk and is a lovely little cove. Great beach bar there and a really good Italian at the bottom of the road. The pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s also really well equipped. We had a faulty fridge freezer at the start of our stay but Katie was really efficient in getting it sorted. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa with plenty of room and all the mod cons throughout. Really useful outdoor space with bbq, covered seating pool and tv. Great location with a short drive to Calpe and Moraira. Easy walk to beach, supermarket and a handful of restaurants. Host was really easy to deal with and sorted a minor issue with the bbq gas in 30 minutes.

What a fab property! We loved our time here. We stayed as a family of three; but the place is certainly big enough for more. The house is well kept, nice furnishings, comfortable, clean and in a great location. The swimming pool was great and the outside ‘den’ was a fab addition! Locally there was a beach and super market in walking distance plus several restaurants, so no pressure to get taxis or drive anywhere. Excellent host, responsive and welcoming, we were even treated to some beers, bread, milk, crisps and biscuits on arrival, very kind. We’d highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again! Thank you!
