Easy check-in, efficient and prompt communication from the owner. Good location, hourly bus into town from round the corner, Tesco Express nearby. Well equipped and comfortable bungalow, TV and heating a bit fiddly but worked fine.

Family Visit

This bungalow was a great base for us for a short break to catch up with family in the area. Very comfortable and airy and convenient for visiting the Grantham area. The property is a very well equipped home from home.

Beautiful bungalow

The place was about 15 mins walk away from very beautiful countryside with plenty of footpaths. The suburb is quiet with not much going on, but there is a convenient Tesco nearby. It was perfect for my writing retreat weekend!

Visiting family

We travelled from the northeast to visit family in Grantham. We arrived at the property and it was easy to follow the instruction to get the keys from secure box. The property was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The welcome folder had all instructions needed for the utilities and also had menus for local takeaways. The bungalow was very cosy and homely with a very spacious garden. Off road parking was great. The only downside was limited control over heating as was quite cold through the night, but extra blankets were provided. Easy access to A1. Ideal base for attractions around the area.

House good, smell awful

House in good location but you do need a car to get to town. On arrival at the property you are met with the bins. House comfortable, warm and spacious. Just the smell 😱 From opening the porch door you are met with a smell of damp. Then entering the house, the smell is very bad and is trying to be masked with the use if LOTS of air fresheners, so Im not sure which smell was worse. I recleaned the house as there were cobwebs and sticky streaks on counter tops and table. Thankfully the towels and bed clothes were clean. Just the smell was so so bad

The house is situated in a lovely area. 1 floor house, lovely. house was very clean and is neatly laid out. nice garden at rear. All facilities worked except for the sound on 1 tv in 1 of the rooms. this was not an issue since the tv in the spacious living room was used. WIFI available. The hot water didn't work for the dishes. After contacting the agency, it was sorted very quickly. Well done! This is refreshing. I will be going to this property again in the event of needing to go to Grantham. Property only a few mins drive from the town centre.
