Great location in walking distance of everything. Cute little balconies in every room, colorful decoration, high ceilings and airco. A practical kitchen even if we did not cook. Good and free coffee. No living room, but that is not a problem if you're out the whole day anyway. Daniela is easy to reach, helpful and flexible. Easy self check-in and -out ensures gives a lot of freedom. Street can be a bit noisy, but good noise insulation with windows closed.

The host was gracious and responsive! We checked in on a rainy day but finding the place was challenging even with pictures and directions. The door is not numbered. The area was filthy with overfill garbage bins, trash thrown in the street and graffiti all over the buildings and even the door to the vrbo. The picture used when sending me directions did not have graffiti on it. I don’t think the main door ever locked despite there being a key for it so it didn’t make me feel safe but I’m not from the city and I didn’t feel unsafe walking around. The power had gone out which wasn’t anyone’s fault but the building had no emergency lights so we walked in And up in the dark until there were windows in the hallway lighting it We only stayed a night but the master had black sheets which were fine but didn’t scream clean to me. The master shower was so tight I couldn’t bend down to wash my feet and I’m 5’ but there were other showers to use. After a long night and having to leave early we were excited to use the coffee machine and pods but the water holder was full of water and green. The host credited me for that so she was very apologetic and helped us out. In all she wanted to make right and we just didn’t have a good day in general there

Mi dispiace di questa recensione che non corrisponde a verità Siete arrivati prevenuti perché dal giorno prima avevate letto notizie fake sulla città stata allagata, Vi ho mandato le indicazioni per arrivare senza difficoltà al palazzo (che è il primo della strada).È vero non c’è il numero civico ma vi avevo mandato la foto del portone e tutti gli ospiti che vengono non hanno mai difficolta a raggiungerci. Siete arrivati sotto una bomba d’acqua nervosi ed indispettiti C’è stato un guasto elettrico nella strada che ha coinvolto 10 palazzi,vi ho portato luci di emergenza nel caso foste tornati e ci fosse ancora il blackout, ma alle 21.30 è stato risolto Non è vero che il palazzo non ha finestre, solo al piano rialzato non c’è ma poi tutti gli altri piani hanno una grande finestra che illumina le scale. Non capisco che paura potevate avere al quarto piano con una porta di legno del 1800 che pesa più di 150 kg e trovo offensivo nei confronti dei napoletani dire che non vi sentivate sicuri a camminare.Quando leggo accuse basate su pregiudizi perdo la diplomazia Le mie case hanno la biancheria colorata,abbinata al colore della stanza. NESSUNO MAI ha trovato né biancheria né le stanze sporche perché la pulizia e l’igiene sono alla base del nostro lavoro.Mi sono scusata per la macchina del caffè e vi ho fatto un rimborso di 30€ e voi siete andati via senza pagare la tassa di soggiorno Ci sono tre docce:due 80x80,uno 120x80,che spazio mancava? Ad ogni modo mi dispiace

Beautiful apartment in Naples. And left us a nice little assortment of muffins, croissants, etc. for breakfast too! Just one reminder for US peeps - 4th floor in Europe is 5th floor to us - their ground floor is "0", not "1"!

Great apartment!

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was a little dirty, but cleaner than other parts of the city. The only draw back to this apartment was that it is located on the 5th floor and there is no lift, but I knew that before I booked it so we were prepared. Still, it’s definitely a workout when carrying your bags.

True Napoli experience

Nice location for access to public transportation and activities. Neighborhood is quite loud most of the day and night, but I think that is just a characteristic of Napoli. Mostly clean but bathrooms really need some work. The long climb up to the fourth floor with our luggage was unexpected. I think that’s something that should be disclosed in the listing.

From the beginning to the end a great expirience. Daniela, the host was super communicative and very if we had a problem regardless which, she was always in reach and helped out. There is a kitchen to cook and even machines for washing the clothes. So all in all if you wanna visit Napoli and want to be near in the Center, there is nothing against this apartment with 3 rooms and everyone has a balcony.

Nice Apartment Close to Napoli Central

Overall, very good. Listing does mention no lift or elevator but it doesn't say apartment is 7 floors up. Only recommendations for improvement would adding this information and offering to arrange for a porter to help you with your bags since so many stairs.

Hi William may be you did not read carefully: it’s well specified in my description that the flat is at 4th floor ( non 7th as you wrote considering that the billing has only 5 floor ) About the porter it’s enough to ask for it, but remember that we aren’t an hotel and this an extra cost for the guests Anyway thank you, if you’ll come back in Napoli I’ve another flat at the first floor in the Quartieri Spagnoli 😉
