Wonderful Villa in a superb location . Great communication from the owners and spotlessly clean on arrival. Great outdoor private space with a beautiful pool. Aircon in all the bedrooms and comfy beds. Kassiopi is a wonderful village and only a few minutes walk away with lots of family run restaurants to choose from. Excellent and would highly recommend

Perfect for our group- walking distance to everything we needed so no car required. The pool was a blessing in the heat. Great for teenagers to have some independence. Hired a boat for the day and enjoyed the amazing weather and the beach/sea ☀️

We loved the Villa. The location was excellent, close to the centre bu also very quiet, pool lovely, plenty of shade and sun in the garden. Lots of info from property owner, helpful to have WhatsApp contact. Kept us informed about cleaning times and rubbish collection, as well as giving us useful information

The host/rep was attentive and responsive and we appreciated his help.But what you are paying for here is location only.The villa is tired and in need of renovation (freely admitted to us by the host/rep).The air con drips, there is no air con in the living areas (host/rep brought a standing fan which we appreciated but it was disgustingly filthy and old), there are sharp things in the pool (2 of us had cuts to our feet), we were a day without water (not acceptable to let water tanks run dry at peak season when charging top dollar prices), we were a day without wifi, the washing machine does not work well, the curtains were stained and grubby, furniture is bashed and broken.... I could list more but I wont.....!At 6000euro/week I expected more, but as I say, you are paying for location only and the location was faultless. You wont need to hire a car to get to beaches, restaurants and shops, everything is super close and easy to walk to.I wouldn't choose to stay here again and we were all disappointed with the standard of the villa.

We are sorry that the property did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for the benefit of future guests. The air-conditioning issue was reported and resolved on the same day. The temporary water interruption was due to a low community water supply, while the Wi-Fi issue resulted from a damaged aerial cable, which the team repaired by the following afternoon. Regarding the air conditioning in the living areas, this is not a feature advertised. Some of the other concerns mentioned, including the washing machine, curtains, furniture and pool safety, were not reported during your stay, so we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to investigate or address them at the time. We take guest feedback seriously and will use your comments to review the property's condition and maintenance standards. We understand that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we regret that you left feeling disappointed. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be delighted to offer you a discount on a future direct booking at a different property from our portfolio, where we hope to provide you with the 5-star experience you deserve. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and provide you with a much more enjoyable stay.

Perfect location. Less than a 2 minute walk from the Main Street, but tucked away so very private and quiet. All restaurants in the area were excellent and well-priced. A boat trip to Corfu town is a must and the traditional dancing in the square on Saturday night is a most charming experience. We just enjoyed sitting by the harbour enjoying a coffee or an evening drink. Lovely spotless Villa when we arrived and the cleaners did a great job keeping everything slick and span. Excellent service from Nikos, the caretaker. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We were delighted, It was really big, with great high ceilings. There was a bathroom for each bedroom, which was so helpful. The villa was well decorated and furnished. The bathrooms were stylish, with great showers. The open plan living and kitchen area was a really good size. The pool was fabulous, and there were lots of sunloungers and chairs outside, as well as sunshades. We loved having balconies. The village was located up a hill, which was quite steeps, but it was a perfect location. It was less than five minutes walk to shops and restaurants, but it was also very quiet and shielded from the noise of traffic and people. It was only a short walk to the fabulous harbour.

The location of the villa is perfect - so close to the harbour in Kassiopi and all the restaurants and shops. It’s also very spacious and the swimming pool is big, with a shallow and deep end, and very clean. The decor of the villa is dated and could do with some updating in places e.g. the kitchen and bathrooms. The plumbing wasn’t great either - often brown water sputtering out and a couple of times it stopped running completely. However, the company responded immediately whenever we had an issue and got a plumber to resolve the problem with the water stopping within a few hours (and on a Sunday), which we did appreciate. Overall we would recommend for the pool, location and responsiveness of the managing company. Kassiopi itself is beautiful too!

The house was very suitable, as it had a ground floor bedroom plus two rooms upstairs, all bedrooms are ensuite, the pool is lovely, the balcony has a nice view, and the kitchen is adequate. The parking is very tiny and not easy to use. Some amenities were not good, considering the cost - there were no towels for the downstairs toilet, no way to wash up dishes in the kitchen (we had to buy a brush and cloths), no batteries in the remote controls, a broken DVD player, no soap in bathrooms - all these things should be provided as basic amenities in the house. Overall, we would definitely come back to this villa- the location in Kassiopi is very good for shops and restaurants (though not good for the beach) and the pool was lovely.
