This house comes with the convenience of parking within a gated mews. Just off the buzzing bohemian Walcot High Street, you enter an oasis of calm, offering the perfect place to press pause and recharge your batteries before exploring the city.

Step inside, and you'll be cloaked in soothing tones with the occasional pop of colour; the open-plan living space is both comfortable and stylish; get toasty on the sofa, and, as the sun goes down, you can gather together on the glass balcony for alfresco cocktails before dinner – bliss. Three bedrooms sleep up to seven guests; there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate larger groups. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Three bedrooms sleep up to seven guests;there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Ground floor bedroom can be a twin or superking with a pull out bed or seventh guest can sleep on the pocket sprung sofa bed in the living room; on the top floor is a double bedroom with a king and a small double bedroom with a double bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome, extra fee applies. Special rates apply for 2 or 4 guests (you can request use of extra beds for a flat linen fee).

We had a wonderful stay at Walcot Yard in Bath. The flat is charming, comfortable, and full of character. Its location is excellent—within easy walking distance of Bath's main sights, shops, and restaurants. A Waitrose is just down the street, so grocery shopping and preparing meals in the unit is very convenient. Having a covered, dedicated parking space for our rental car was also a huge bonus since parking in the City is at a premium. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.

What a lovely home with great light! The place is super clean the beds and comfortable and the water pressure fantastic as well as plenty of hot water. Sabine is such a lovely host and insures you are very comfortable I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Bath. Also the location is close to everything but out of the chaos.

The house is elegant and comfortable with detailed decor; newly built this property benefits from underfloor heating and high spec bathroom and kitchen. This is the perfect base for friends and family to explore the city. A flat walk into the heart of Bath, the location affords guests the luxury of nipping back to drop shopping or get changed for the next outing! What I love about Bath is the Georgian architecture and the convenience of having a city that can be enjoyed on foot, yet with magical countryside and woodland walks just moments away. The shopping and eateries are exceptional. The atmosphere when you step out on to Walcot St is buzzing and Waitrose is a short skip away if you fancy just relaxing in the house.
