2 couchages plus un canapé. Mobilier principalement antique / vintage. Lits superposés ajoutés au salon sur demande pour accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Max invité 5. Pack n Play disponible sur demande.

Situé à 1 mile en dehors des limites de la ville, et à 1 mile de RELLIS, dans un petit quartier acerage, notre barndomenium de 500 pieds carrés est idéal pour les week-ends de jour de match et autres séjours à court / long terme. Situé sur la même propriété que notre maison principale, dans une petite ferme biologique en activité, vous pouvez faire cuire des œufs frais le matin et récolter des produits frais du jardin en saison. De là, vous pouvez à peine entendre le grondement d'un train qui passe et se réveiller au coq lointain qui chante. Envie de jouer dans le lac? Le lac Bryan est à 5 minutes en voiture.

Les installations comprennent une cuisine bien équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un gril à gaz et un barbecue en brique avec du chêne séché.

Vous serez accueillis avec des draps et des serviettes propres, DirecTV dans la chambre avec HBO et Sports Package.

Le centre-ville de Bryan propose un parking gratuit le jour du match et une navette gratuite pour le match depuis le parking du centre-ville. C'est à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la propriété. HEB ou Walmart également 10 minutes

There are farm animals (goats, chickens and a friendly lab/retriever/pyrenees? mix) and a garden, just like the photos and description. All the animals stay away and/or behind fences if you don’t want to interact. Nice a peaceful. They are building a home in front of the barndo-house, but no noises bothered us, but we were at A&M most of time. The loft as pictured is accessed by a vertical ladder and has a 500# weight limit. We didn’t use it, and would be dangerous for young kids and anyone who could sleep walk. There’s room downstairs though for a folding cot, or sleeping mats and bags if you have more kids with you, and also a big couch. It’s about 10-15 min to A&M. There are trains all over Bryan-College Station, and you can hear one from the farm, but it isn’t too loud and if you have a white noise maker when you sleep you’ll likely not notice it (as opposed to if you stay at say the A&M conference center hotel where the trains can be very loud!). We’d stay here again.

Quiet family retreat

Semi-rural quiet setting that was ideal for great grandparents and an almost 4 year old to be together. As we were warned in the description, the loft as great for the child but not very comfortable for the adult.

It was great to be at this little barndo and feel like I was a million miles away from everything. But only be 20 minutes from campus. It provided a place to slow down and think rather that stimulate stimulate stimulate. A much needed, breath of fresh air!!

Quaint and Quiet

This quaint little house provided a nice setting for a getaway. The house was comfortable and provided a kitchen to be able to cook our own meals. The outside grill was very helpful to cook dinner. The loft was cute. Very nice to be able to do a load of laundry. Fun to see the chickens and have access to pick fresh vegetables when they were ripe. A nice alternative to a cramped hotel room.

No frills, comfy, and cozy!

Had a great stay here with family on mothers day weekend. The property is a brando unit, and is very well described in the listing. Comfy and cozy, slightly rustic, set off the busy roads with the occasional train rolling by (NICE!) Boys 8 and 5 loved the kid loft and the master bed was firm but very comfortable. VERY friendly orange barn cat, (he will walk in the unit if you’re not careful) but he also leaves with slight encouragement. Turkeys, chickens, and the rabbit were also a nice treat to see. Would definitely stay here again.

So lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at the barndominium. One barn cat kept us company the entire time, even guarded the front door for us and showed me around the garden. Haha. The driveway is well marked so coming in and out at night is fine. Our children loved the play area. Trains passing do sound noisy at night. We would certainly book again.

Perfect!

We were down for a friend’s wedding. Lived in TX my whole life, and had never been to the area. It was just perfect. We hung out at the cabin most of the time, except Saturday night. It was cool, comfortable, and we loved the garden. We did get some goodies, I think I about made myself sick on fresh tomatoes. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely seek this place out. The hot tub was clean and full, but it was way to hot outside to enjoy, so we just admired it from the cool of the house!

Outside Bryan Option!

We were looking for something between Bryan and Caldwell, and this place provided that. It is a little bit off the road and close to railroad tracks. Please note the loft is really only sized for children. And there is no dining table inside. There are not a lot of dishes if you are planning to cook several meals. Fortunately we managed fine since we were only eating breakfast there. Due to cold temperatures we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities. The owner was quick to communicate with us which was helpful since we booked last minute.

OK country life experience

It was a quite, peaceful experience. Kids loved the two friendly cats, chickens and the rabbit. The property was not super clean/neat.; clutterness all around. Hot-tub was dirty - greenly water. Not enough toilet papers. There was not a hair dryer. Very improper painting in the house - we had to put it down not to show kids.

Terrible stay couldn't get in contact with host for hours house was dingy and unkept. Nothing is advertised the hot tub was stale water and you could smell it no lights outside like displayed and at the end of the stay they had the audacity to good me to a higher standard of cleaning than what they presented me even though there is a cleaning fee they charged extra after the stay for cleaning extra. When it wasn't clean to begin with we cleaned it our selves upon arrival and then they tried to say they smell smoke but it was sweet or something and tried to accuse me if smoking inside when we literally only cooked inside. The audacity of these people to try and hustle any little bit of money they can even after the stay is over. Side note it took them over a week to get back w me. As well as the grass was in kept and i have small children so we couldn't play outside too much due to seeing a snake. Please read reviews before you book a stay. As well as the bedroom had some kind of white "stains" on the mf sheets so everything was fairly in sanitary. Charging a cleaning fee and it's not even clean is crazy too me
