Very clean and well equipped for some self-catering. Great location near (stony) beach. We were there out of season so site was almost deserted. Club house with meals, bar and pool (although we didn't use).

Beautiful

We had a lovely experience staying here with the family. Very clean and well maintained, great area only a 1 minute walk to sea front and communication with the owner was fast and helpful! would really recommend this place! the drive to this caravan park is incredibly beautiful! would definitely stay again !

Beautiful caravan on a Beautiful sute

We had such a wonderful stay here. Caravan was beautiful. We could see the sea from the caravan. Beach about a 5 minute walk from the caravan. Got some beautiful photos of the 2 Grandsons watching the sunset. Caravawbrilliant

the big house was not at that addess the postcode was sun beach holiday park spoke to manger never heard of 29 beach way never heard of paul walton asked people in village and shop never heard of any rang the telephone number no such number was a scam cost me 240pounds for accomodation in barmouth no notifcation about keys i await your reply a scam

Amazing

My husband and I stayed in this fantastic van for a week over Easter with our Daughter and two grandchildren aged 8 and 10. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Perfectly placed only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We didn't get chance to sit out on the beautiful balcony as weather was too wet but you could sit there in the warmer weather and watch the sun setting. Perfect. Paul was the best host. He replied very quickly to any questions prior to arrival and during our stay. The site itself is one of the cleanest ones we have ever stayed on and meals in the restaurant were good. The children loved the pool as it was just the right size for their age. Just one word of warning. It is advisable not to park next to the van on wet days as it is grass and you can get stuck but there is a small car park just a few feet away which was fine. Would definitely go back there in the future or recommend this van to anyone. Thankyou for making our holiday so enjoyable.

I am a dad to 4 beautiful children , 2 dogs and 21 Indian running ducks just to add to my ever growing schedule. My mother is co owner of the property and will also be here to help should you require anything at all. My wife also helps with co hosting the property so we have you completely covered should you need to contact any of us.

We have kitted out the property with everything you would expect to find in your kitchen at home from high grade cooking equipment to Nespresso coffee machines so you can sit on the full glass wrap around decking with your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean right in front of you.

We also provide clean fresh cotton bedding for your stay with us and also complimentary towels for each guest staying with us.

We are available 24hrs a day for any issues that may arise we will send you full contact details over with your checking in details.

We are new to VRBO but on our other platforms we have achieved Superhost status and 100% 5* reviews.
