The Rooftop
The rooftop terrace spans the full width of the townhouse and is arranged in distinct spaces for dining, cooking and relaxing. A pergola structure with retractable awnings provides partial shade, with open space for sunbathing. The outdoor kitchen includes a gas BBQ, fridge, sink and preparation area. A dining table for eight, lounge seating and sun loungers complete the space, with views over the gardens, pool and towards the sea.

Location — San Pedro Beach and Promenade
The apartment is in the Castiglione complex in Nueva Alcántara, the beachside neighbourhood of San Pedro de Alcántara. San Pedro beach is about 50 metres away, across the road, from one of the entrances to Castiglione. The beach is wide and generally uncrowded. The sand is darker and slightly coarse, typical of this stretch of the Costa del Sol, and in some areas the shoreline can be slightly stony when entering the water, so aqua shoes can be useful. The seafront promenade runs for several kilometres and connects directly to Puerto Banús to the east. It is lined with beach restaurants (chiringuitos), cafés, cycle lanes and playgrounds. Walking there takes around 40–45 minutes.

San Pedro is quieter than Puerto Banús and is a proper Spanish town with a year-round community, where people live and work as well as visit. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance of the complex. This location offers easy access to the wider Costa del Sol without being in the middle of the busier areas. The setting lends itself to a simple day-to-day routine centred around the beach, promenade and terrace.

The area has a typical Mediterranean climate with long warm summers and mild winters. Spring and autumn are particularly good for walking, golf and outdoor dining. Winter can bring cooler and occasionally rainy spells, which can surprise some guests.

Inside the Townhouse
The open ground floor has a bright and elegant living room with a terrace, equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture. Next, a spacious dining room with access to the communal gardens and swimming pool. It has a modern kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with top brand appliances. In addition there is a nice bedroom with a single bed and its own bathroom. On the middle floor there are three large bedrooms, all of them with their built-in wardrobes and their modern bathrooms en-suite. Two of them with a double bed and a third with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the magnificent and beautiful community gardens while the master bedroom also has pool views.

The Complex
Castiglione is one of the original beachside developments in Nueva Alcantara, well-established and generally quiet. The low-rise, whitewashed buildings are designed in a traditional Andalusian style and set within mature tropical gardens. The buildings are low-rise and there are no lifts. The apartment is on the first floor. If mobility is a consideration for anyone in your group, it is something to bear in mind before booking. The apartments are a mix of holiday homes and permanent residences, giving it a neighbourhood feel rather than a resort feel. The beach, the promenade and the nearest restaurants and cafes are all a short walk away. Castiglione is a no-party urbanisation. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours with regard to noise.

Small groups looking for space across multiple floors, a rooftop for evening use and easy beach access. The layout provides separation and privacy, making it well suited to shared stays. The parking directly in front of the house is a practical advantage for groups arriving by car or planning day trips. Everything for a beach-based stay is on foot, but the car is there when needed. A typical day starts with breakfast on the roof or in the garden, morning at the beach or communal pool, lunch along the promenade, and evenings back on the rooftop with the BBQ.

Fabulous apartment for adults, amazing huge rooftop terrace with bbq and outdoor kitchen. Great facilities and v clean. Beach and nice selection of bars and eateries within 5mins walk. 40 min sea front path to Puerto Banus.

The stay was amazing.
The pictures of the house don’t do it justice it was fantastic better than we expected. Colleen and Vilma were so responsive it anything we needed but we really didn’t need anything as the house has everything you need. Rooms were spotless and air con was fantastic. A great complex so close to lots of nice restaurant s and bars and a few mins walk to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay here. Taxis are easy to call for anywhere you needed to go. Place is a gem

PERFECT!
Everything was just perfect. The townhouse was perfect for our stay.
The only thing we see that can improve this place is the kitchen on the roof terrace. This needs shelfs for a more easy way to put the glasses etc back to place in the boxes.

Fantastic accommodation on three floors with an incredible roof terrace overlooking the peaceful courtyard, the pool and beyond the palm trees the sea. The apartment is located in a very quiet area with a few restaurants and close to grocery stores and approx. 3 km walk to Puerto Banus. Thomas was very helpful and quick to respond, both before and after arrival.

We felt great in this location and the welcome by Coleen was perfect, even though the plane was delayed by 2 hours. It is a very quiet complex of houses, lots of vegetation, shade and singing birds, with direct access to the seafront of San Pedro de Alcantara where you can walk to Puerto Banuseven Marbella. Everything was as described, you have everything you need and everything is modern and functional and the roof terrace is fantastic. There is also a bathroom in the living room. Access by car is extremely fast to any destination, and parking is in front of the house door. In conclusion, I 100% recommend this location.

Roof with a view
We loved the fresh feel and space of the villa and the roof was a great spot to entertain, hang out, enjoy a coffee, eat dinner, meet for sundowners. Gorgeous view over the complex, palm trees, pool and out to sea. We loved it!
More towels needed as just one each is not enough with hair washing etc. Also full length mirrors were greatly missed. Only one room had one.

Alles war sehr sauber und extrem gepflegt.
Besonders die neue Einrichtung sowie die tolle Dachterrasse haben uns begeistert. Bäder und Küchen waren sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein (zumindest in der Nebensaison als wir da waren). Die Lage nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade hat uns sehr gefallen.

Vi var 5 vuxna som vistades en vecka i detta superfina boende. Allt som marknadsförts i annonsen stämmer och även över förväntningarna. Nästan alla badrum hade golvvärme vilket är sällsynt,alla badrum dessutom fräscha och moderna . Takterrassen var välutrustad med kall/varm dusch, diskmaskin,grill,kylskåp ,solbäddar,parassoll,bestick och glas,mycket eluttag osv osv saknades inget och allt var helt och fräscht . Köket välutrustat och snyggt på alla sätt, soffor utemöbler osv jättefräscha. Tv med internet och streamingmöjligheter och bra wi-fi. Toppmodern luftkonditionering med enskillda termostat i alla utrymmen.Nära stranden och restauranger och ca 2.5km gångavstånd längs med havet till Puerto Banus (dagliga länken) .Kvalitativ inredning och fina detaljer,mycket bekväma sängar och bra med utrymme . Detta boende får toppbetyg av oss och vi kommer högst antagligen bo där igen. Tack Thomas för vår vistelse i ditt fina och fräscha boende !
