MISES À JOUR 2019: Très heureux que notre SALLE DE BAIN PRINCIPALE ait été complètement remodelée en octobre 2019. Tout neuf et une grande douche à l'italienne maintenant! NOUVELLE FOURNAISE LENNOX ET SYSTÈME DE CLIMATISATION !! Soyez confortable ou cool pendant votre séjour. :) La chambre principale a également été rafraîchie ... nouveau papier peint, nouvel éclairage et nouveaux accessoires. Nouvelle Smart TV et barre d'enceintes ajoutées dans une grande pièce + de nouveaux oreillers ont également été ajoutés à toutes les chambres. Et notre fournisseur Internet / câble a utilisé un nouveau câble à l'extérieur, donc notre vitesse wifi s'est vraiment améliorée. Tous les tapis et tissus d'ameublement ont également été nettoyés en 10/19. Nous sommes prêts pour la saison! :)

Notre invité en février dernier a souligné certains domaines que nous pourrions améliorer et nous avons écouté! Bien que ses commentaires sur trop de neige sur la terrasse arrière ne soient pas quelque chose que nous pouvons contrôler ... ses commentaires sur la salle de bain nécessitant du travail sont quelque chose que nous avons pris au sérieux. Nous savons que vous allez adorer les changements que nous avons apportés !!!

Septembre 2017: TOUS LES NOUVEAUX MEUBLES DE SALON. NOUS CHANGEONS AUSSI MAINTENANT LES HOUSSES DE COUETTE APRÈS CHAQUE INVITÉ POUR QUE VOUS POUVIEZ VOUS BLOQUER POUR UNE BELLE NUIT

Nous sommes dans la vieille ville, à un pâté de maisons de Park City Mountain Resort. Nous marchons jusqu'aux remontées mécaniques lorsque nous skions. Ou vous pouvez marcher 50 marches jusqu'à un arrêt de bus et monter dans le bus gratuit pour Deer Valley ou Canyons Ski Resorts. Le bus vous prendra également 5 min. à Main Street pour manger et faire du shopping. L'épicerie est également à 5 min. voyage en bus, il est donc facile de stocker la cuisine et de manger. Notre maison de ville ressemble plus à une maison unifamiliale privée; avec tout le confort que vous recherchez. Vous avez une arrière-cour privée pour profiter de votre bain à remous après une journée de ski. Ou détendez-vous sur le balcon du salon et profitez de la vue et de notre barbecue à gaz. Il y a un petit parc à côté de la bibliothèque (également une courte promenade d'un demi-pâté de maisons) et vous trouverez de petites collines parfaites pour les enfants à faire de la luge. Nous gardons un traîneau / disque dans notre garage.

L'étage a un grand plan d'étage OUVERT; la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon forment une grande pièce. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 8 et il y a 3 tabourets de bar au comptoir pour accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Fonctionne très bien pour les grands groupes car vous pouvez tous être ensemble. Deux chambres sont en bas avec une salle de bain jack et jill; idéal pour les enfants. Il y a un grand écran dans le salon avec Chromecast pour le streaming des ordinateurs portables (lecteur DVD aussi) et une Smart TV dans la chambre principale. Le troisième téléviseur intelligent se trouve dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée avec le lit queen-size.

Nous avons également un service de gestion immobilière à Park City, donc si vous avez besoin d'aide pour la maison, il y a quelqu'un sur place pour vous aider 24h / 24.

* Le foyer est disponible lorsque le temps le permet. Nous ne pouvons pas offrir un service de terrasse propre, mais fournissons une pelle si vous souhaitez nettoyer un peu de neige et profiter du feu de camp les jours de neige.

Notre maison est chaleureuse et confortable, bien meublée. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec à peu près tous les gadgets dont vous aurez besoin. Nous savons que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous! Ceci est une maison non-fumeur.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. It is very clean and comfortable and very well laid out. We had two families—four adults and four kids ages 12,14,16 and 18. The property is a short walk to Park City Mountain resort and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and coffee shops on Main Street. The property management is very responsive. My friend left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and they mailed them to her, which I think is really excellent customer service!This is a very nice property and we hope to stay there again next year!

Excellent Location, Very Accommodating Host

Our group of 8 had an excellent stay in February! Incredible location only a short walk to the lifts. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pam was kind enough to not only let us check in early, but she also allowed us to store our bags in the garage after checkout while we spent the morning skiing. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Townhouse

Comfy and convenient.

The house is centrally located in Park City. Easy to access activities, restaurants and businesses. We had 5 adults in our group and it was comfortable for hanging out, but also allowed for privacy. Would stay again.

Perfect location for Old Town and Skiing!

We had a wonderful experience at the great Old Town location. The house was in great condition and well appointed. It's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort base area as well as to downtown for shopping and dining. We will likey return!

We had a fantastic time at Park City. The house is in a great location close to the mountain and Main street, it is modern and well equipped, check in and out was smooth and Pam was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great house in a perfect location

Literally steps to the lifts and a blocks to downtown this place was perfect for skiing all day and walking to town for dinner and shopping. The unit was exactly as shown and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy and friendly. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place in a sweet location.

Everything it was advertised to be. Short uphill walk to lifts. Short downhill walk to numerous bus routes. Perfect for Grandpa and Grandma in master bedroom, two adults in another bedroom and two kids (11 and 10) downstairs. The hot tub got a lot of use. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bbq grill. All of use really liked it and would stay there again.

Would definitely rent again!

We were very happy with the location, amenities and all the attention to detail that was given to the items available in the house. The rooms were all very roomy so it did not feel crowded with 8 people staying there. The kitchen was very roomy and loaded The kitchen and the living room are upstairs so if anyone can trouble with stairs this may not be the best option. There are gates and such available if you have small children.

Thank you for the positive feedback. We do work hard to keep our home "loaded" with everything you will need for a great vacation. Plus we are constantly updating our house; we just replaced the refrigerator, dishwasher and the hot tub was replaced with a slightly larger model. See you next year!

Fantastic location and accommodations!

This was our fifth visit to Park City and it is by far the best place we've stayed. It really is just a five minute walk to the Park City ski resort so no need to stand around waiting on the shuttle bus. The beds are all very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you like to cook the kitchen has everything you need including a nice selection of spices and other assorted pantry items. It can be pretty cold in Park City and one of the best things about this house is the extra space heaters so you can have a nice warm bathroom while you shower and there's plenty of hot water so we never ran out even with seven people showering. The hot tub is fantastic with plenty of room for everyone.

We fell in love with Park City during a summer vacation and decided it was the perfect location for a year round vacation home. This is our second home; it's well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. We love mountain biking at Deer Valley and hiking all of the local trails in the summer and the skiing and terrain choices are unmatched in the winter.

We wanted to be close to Park City Mountain Resort but we also wanted to be close to the huge City Park for the summer. This location is close to everything, you really don't need a car. You will love the ease of walking to skiing or jumping on the bus and being where you want to go in 5 minutes!

1372 Woodside Ave. Unit A - We have a truly perfect location. Enlarge the map view and it's easier to see the house marker behind point B. We are right across the street from Park City's main park. There is a bike trail that you catch here that runs for miles, there is a huge playground area and skate park there as well as volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We can walk a half block to the city library or walk one block up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort. If you want to go to Main St. it's a 15 minute walk or take approx 50 steps out your front door to a bus stop. The free bus service will take to you Main St. (5 min. ride) or Deer Valley (15 min ride) or go the other direction to the Canyons (15 min. ride). You will find that you are right in the center of all of the action!
