Our Residenza “Dimora Privata” ( C.I.023045-LOC-00878) can be reached by driving for nearly 2 km along the road from Lake Garda to the mountain above, Monte Baldo. You will be fascinated by the beauty of the landscape and the breathtaking view.

ENTRANCE
From Via Panoramica, in Malcesine, you can reach our Residenza Dimora Privata at N 71a and directly access the garage, suitable for 1 car.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the same floor as the pedestrian access and garage. The building consists of 5 apartments.

As soon as you enter the Residenza you will be greeted by the elegance of the carefully studied interior designs,
The Living Area welcomes you with large windows overlooking the lake and with a direct view of the Castle of Malcesine.
The large indoor living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV, extends seamlessly over the outdoor living room with its sofas under the porch and a view of the private pool.
The large modern kitchen is completed with a central island that allows you to cook while enjoying the wonderful view. It will be great to have breakfast or dinner on the large dining table in the living area, protected by large windows, overlooking the terrace and the pool.
The Kitchen is provided with a refrigerator and freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary items for cooking. You will have everything you need here to prepare lunches and dinners for your family vacation or with a couple of friends.
A side terrace with a dining table offers a reserved corner for having meals al fresco.
The large terrace by the private pool offers the most genuine relaxation under the sun, surrounded by the special view of Lake Garda and the mountains, enjoying the pace and the privacy of the Dimora Segreta.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Residenza Dimora Privata has three bedrooms for up to 5 guests.
The two Master Suites both have a comfortable exit to the terrace overlooking the nearby vegetation and the lake and are completed by an ensuite bathroom with a walking-in shower.
The third room is dedicated to our young guests. It offers a single bed and a play house where your child can have fun in his own bedroom. This room has a private bathroom, direct terrace access, and a small outdoor play area.
The entire house has air conditioning, heating, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

THE AREA
Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.
Malcesine is famous for its winds that blow with a certain constancy, vary from area to area, and intensity from morning to afternoon; they are ideal for those who want to learn, both for those who want to improve or train. Many internationally renowned athletes come to train or live on Lake Garda.
Sailing, Surf, and Kite schools are at your disposal to enjoy these winds and the Fraglia Vela of Malcesine welcomes beginners and the most expert sailors.
From Malcesine, you can reach Monte Baldo with the cableway that "flies" in a few minutes up to almost 1800 meters above sea level, with its rotating cabins capable of arousing new emotions. On the slopes of Monte Baldo, you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle from the top of Monte Baldo by cycling or walking around.
