- To put back all the items that you have used to the ORIGINAL PLACE so we will know if something is missing or broken
- NO PARTY! meaning NO PARTY or events as this place is located in Residences area please keep the noise down especially from 22:00-07:00, not to disturb neighbour
- Please treat the apartment and all the amenities inside as yours, it means please use it and TAKE CARE of it, please avoid even to scratch or break anything
- Please take off your shoes when you enter the apartment (No shoes inside the apartment)
- No Smoking inside the apartment and also within the building (in corridor, courtyard etc), you can only smoke OUTSIDE the building next to the road/street, PENALTY FOR SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENT Rp.
1.500.000. No pet or animal allowed inside apartment
- The property purpose is to be used as residence. Commercial use and any activities against the law strictly PROHIBITED
- Identification of each guest will be requested to show-send to host/caretaker prior Check-In (passport will be requested for foreigner ) - Actual Identification required NOT only a photo. Only registered Guest(s) are allowed to be inside the apartment from 22:00-07:00
- Should you book/reserve for somebody else, please notify us, otherwise we will not consider any other people than person who has booked/reserved
