Great location, beautiful views over the beach

Great location, beautiful views over the beach. Close to all amenities. Havana beach bar was great, and Spyros made sure our whole party of 11 were looked after. Would definitely recommend and we had a fantastic holiday.

Girls trip

Fabulous location just above the beach, although not for people with walking difficulties, many steps! Spiros was very helpful and good communication overall before and during our stay. Lovely little town with many restaurants and bars to choose from, overall great value for money in the resort.

I can’t recommend this place enough

I can’t recommend this place enough. The view is outstanding from the terrace. Comfortable home. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distances. The host was very friendly and proactive. I would recommend putting in your GBS the Havana restaurant in order to find it easier. It is right above it and that is where you park. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room.

Great view, the balcony was the high light for us

Great view, the balcony was the high light for us. The location was great if you are staying in that part of the island. It took us over an 1 hour to 1.5 hours to get to the airport, yhis could be because we are not used to the beautiful small windy roads, but once you are there it is a beautiful location. The rooms are separated which is nice for large parties, we were 14 and comfortably all fit. AC in all of the rooms, the kitchen did not have AC but we didn’t mind as we ate out most days. The host Spiros is very responsive and will do his best to address any issues you have. The beds are quite uncomfortable and springy, Spiros brought extra padding when we brought this up. All in all it’s a great location and the balcony is amazing we spent a lot of time there.

Great location poor accommodation

Put it this way, the location was excellent but wouldn’t stay at the accommodation again. The rooms were very basic. The lounge had a three seat sofa for 14 people staying. Plenty of dining room chairs. Very basic equipment in kitchen. No umbrellas or shade on the patio. The owner was a little blunt and turned up without checking one of the days and we could have been having a private meeting. One room and bathroom had an ant problem. That kept on returning.

We all work hard to deliver excellence to our guests at unbeatable value for money, and this villa has always been a top favorite amongst our travelers. Therefore we feel in need to reply carefully to your notes to avoid future guests to be misled by what we genuinely think are quite harsh words. In facy we carefully picture, describe and show our house in each detail and area. This ensures that our guests can get to know even before arrival the villa, enjoying its cheeful style, wide spaces, and most important of all: unique location, probably the best of the island. And all these are the most appreciated selling points of this villa, which has been welcoming in the last 2 years dosens of happy guests. Nothing is left to the case, and delivering excellence at unbeatable rates is our goal, which we succeed day after day. Additionally we are quite surprised about your mention of an unexpected visit by the owner. Mr Spiros, who is always on hand as he works in the beach restaurant below, actuallyw as not in Corfu at the end os September when you were staying at the villa... Said this, we feel in need to specify all this to avoid misunderstandings and wring interpretation to our future tourists, as we genuinely think this review is quite unfair. Best regards. Maria

The place is absolutely beautiful

The place is absolutely beautiful. In fact the pictures don’t do it justice. The villa is located above one of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu. We selected it because we wanted to be able to walk to the beach and still be able to go to restaurants and bars in the evening without having to drive and it was perfect. We still explored the nearby beaches by car and by boat but on the days when we felt lazy we stayed in the local area and it was just perfect. The house itself is very spacious. We were less people than the capacity but the price was ok because of the location and the massive terrace we had for ourselves to chill in the evening. The furniture is not super luxurious but it is perfect for villa by the beach, it was neat and tidy and we had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive, polite and helpful. The villa is maintained by a cleaner who came once for a 7-day stay to tidy up and give us a clean set of towels. Everyone we met was hard working and nice.thank u!
