Apartment has spacious terrace with wonderful view over the nearby lake. Due to the location of the apartment you can enjoy your time in complete peace or explore the attractive surroundings and spend your days in tourist hustle and bustle.

The apartment encompasses the whole 1st floor of the house and has together with terrace around 100 m2 of space. Mediterranean style with first class materials and details was furnished and selected by the owner. The love and sophistication of the owner for this apartment can be noticed on every corner. The parking lot is located in private garage in the basement area of the house.

It consists of bedroom with double bed, children’s room with bunk bed, modern equipped bathroom (with washing machine) and living room with the kitchen. Sofa bed in the living room can be rearranged in sleeping space for 2 persons. The luxury equipped kitchen is equipped with all modern accessories (big fridge, induction cooking plate, oven, dish-washing machine, coffee maker, kettle,…).

From the kitchen you can step on 55 m2 big outside terrace where the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor shower and Mediterranean garden are located. You can relax on the comfortable sofa bed and enjoy the view over the lake of abandoned salt works with olive groves and pine trees.

The apartment of course features air-conditioning, big LCD televisions with SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. The guests of the apartment can use bikes free of charge.

BEACHES

Many famous beaches are located in Sibenik's Riviera, too many to explore them all :) The first pebble beach with views over the surrounding islands is distanced 500 m. Less than a kilometre from the apartment is located Solaris hotel complex with its famous sandy beaches. Hotel complex Solaris offers many different attractions – pools, waterslides, playgrounds, animations for children,… The bay of Solaris is 4 km long and offers everyone to find its own perfect spot – lively ones in the centre of the action or the quiet oasis of peace :) Here you can find everything from bars and pubs to the restaurants and fast food offer. On the beach you can rent deckchairs and parasols, where you can hide yourself with favourite book while the children and enjoying in the sea. One of the biggest attractions is »Dalmatian ethno village« which also offers great traditional culinary products. Variety of different beach activities, such as concerts, wizard shows, street artists, outside movie theatre, fireworks, disco bars, continue in the evening hours when beach transform into a promenade.

Pebble public beach Rezaliste near Brodarica settlement is an ideal beach for children and is only a kilometre distanced from the apartment. Those who wish to explore other surrounding beaches we advise them visit of beach Plava (near Vodice town) or Velika Raduca (near Primosten town). If you prefer peace and tranquillity, then a visit of 3 km distanced picturesque St. Ante channel is obligatory. You can reach it by local road which is suitable for family cycling trips. Family friendly pebble beach with playground and pub offers magnificent views on the fortress of St. Nicola.

SURROUNDINGS

Summer Adventure is located at the suburbs of Sibenik town in close proximity of hotel complex Solaris. The peninsula is encased with Adriatic Sea, Bay of Sibenik and famous St. Ante channel, which you can follow to the river mouth of Krka. The apartment is 5 km distanced from the centre of Sibenik town and the first shopping mall is only 2 km away. In the close proximity there are numerous authentic restaurants and a pizza restaurant. Split airport is located only 45 km away and Zadar airport is 80 km from the apartment.

Summer Adventure has an ideal position for day trips in the surrounding areas. A vast number of natural and cultural sights will satisfy even the most challenging visitors. At the entrance to St. Ante channel which is only 3 km from the apartment the fortress of St. Nicola is located. It was built in the 16th Century for the defensive purposes from the Turk’s invasions from the sea. National park Kornati with its 89 islands offers shelter to rare species. You can visit this park with boat which departs from Vodice town or Murter Island.

National park Krka is distanced 15 km from the apartment. This karstic phenomenon stretches on over 142 km2 and over two-thirds of Krka river is included in the park. You will be fascinated with canyons and waterfalls and you can also take a swim on some parts of the park. The most magnificent waterfalls Skradinski buk and Roski waterfall will surprise you with its beauty. The island of Visovac with Franciscan monastery is the pearl of the Krka park. Park has numerous hiking trails and is suitable for cycling. The ideal point of entrance to explore Krka river is medieval town Skradin which will enchant you with its simpleness and smallness. Here you can board a taxi boat which departs towards Krka waterfalls. The town is famous for its konobas where visitors are greeted with warm smile, homemade prosciutto and delicious wine.

Sibenik, the oldest Croatian coastal town, was founded in 9th Century. This romantic medieval town, with stone houses where many mighty cultural sights arise, will attract you with rich history and beautiful nature. The largest and most important architectural sight is St. James’ Cathedral. It is on UNESCO’s cultural heritage list of protected building since 2000. Together with Renaissance Town hall, nearby churches and Prince’s court forms the most attractive square among Croatian urban heritage.
