Regarding the check-in, I would like to point out that you were provided with detailed instructions via messages on the platform, as well as photographic material. The photos you received were step-by-step and guided you gradually towards the apartment. By following the instructions exactly, you would have had a smooth and easy check-in. As you may have noticed, addresses are not displayed on the houses in the surrounding area. The official address provided on the platform for the apartment is Alkiviadou 16. You could have contacted me through the platform for any questions or clarifications you might have had. Finally, the instructions you received prior to check-in also included guidance on how to operate the air conditioning. It is possible that a window was left open, which may have prevented the air conditioning from working properly. Again, you could have contacted me for assistance. Even in the case of a malfunction, you should have informed me so I could expedite the process of resolving any issue.

At each arrival of our guest, we send to the platform and email photographic material and coordinates on how to reach our accommodation. By following the steps exactly, it is very easy to find. The address of the accommodation is not exactly detected by Google maps. For this reason, we send you information before your arrival. Also the keys given to you are together. On every departure you must have the keys with the magnetic card with you and during your stay they must be in the power socket behind the main entrance without of course going out and closing the main door if there is no one to open it for you.
