This home was very clean and family friendly. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the beach chairs and beach parking pass provided. It allowed us to spend time at the beach without having to bring so many of our own equipment. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Quick access to all the Hyannis attractions

Excellent location in a quiet residential neighborhood but still only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street and the harbor. The home itself is nicely arranged so a family could either spend time together or get some peace in one of the many rooms. The owners were very quick to respond to questions asked through the messaging function on VRBO. This was a great vacation and we hope to return.

Great Home Base for Cape Cod

Checking was a breeze and our host was very responsive when needed. The location, in walking distance to Main St. Hyannis and the Harbor made for a really good home base for our Cape Cod family vacation. The kids toy room was a touch of brillance and kept our 9 year old busy. I would highly recommend this listing.

Great property near the beach!

This property was great. There was plenty of room for two families with small children. The backyard was private which was great for the kids to play after a long day at the beach. The house was in an amazing location within walking distance to Main Street and plenty of restaurants. The beach pass was amazing and allowed us to visit multiple beaches. The toy room was a lifesaver with little kids and had something for everyone. Kristy was super responsive to my messages and extremely helpful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This beautiful house is ideally located in Hyannis. Short walking distance to Main Street and harbor. Short drive to beaches and free parking pass which is a plus (25 to park). The house has plenty of space to feel very comfortable. three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is big and new and opens on a large deck and yard with barbecue. The living room has a large screen TV with Netflix. There is two cars parking space in front driveway. The street is very quiet so no noise at night. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and will love to come back.

Great location

The house is charming outside and decorated very nicely inside. The location was just right for walking to Main Street. Being able to use the beach parking pass was a great perk. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. The street has a little more traffic than where we live so we needed to talk to our kids about running out chasing the basketball (the only reason for 4 stars on location)…but the basketball hoop in the driveway was a big hit with our kids. There is also a play area with books that my kids enjoyed. This is a very family friendly house. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice property

Very cute and spacious house! We loved the large living room and dining room for family meals. The little kids playroom off of the living was was wonderful with all of the toys! The house was a 5 minute drive to Kalmus beach as well as a 5 min drive to Main St. the property owners were very friendly and responsive. The only critiques are the the kids playroom needs a deep vacuum/cleaning-my son pointed out many spiders/webs, and the upstairs bedrooms could use shades to keep out the light for naps and early morning (for kids). We would definitely stay here again! Lovely property.

Wonderful in-town stay

Our family of five (three kids under 10) stayed at this listing for three straight weeks in July 2025. The house itself was great and had all the amenities, and then some, we could have expected. The house also had perfect accommodations for kids, including a bed with a rail and playroom with plenty of toys. The house was roomy and clean and well maintained. Really not a bad thing to say about the house. The neighbourhood was fantastic. A short walk to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We also walked to several Cape League baseball games, about a 5 minute walk away. Beyond walking, the house is a short drive to several beaches and the provided parking pass made popping over for a spontaneous beach afternoon a breeze. Additionally, all other conveniences such as groceries, gas, etc... were very close. We've stayed on the Cape the last three summers and were by far the most comfortable at this house. An easy five stars!

The house was very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We loved being in walking distance to downtown and enjoyed a few baseball games. The convenience of having the beach pass was amazing. Kristy provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Lovely cape home . We look forward to staying again in the future!
