The neighborhood was great and central to everything in Hyannis. The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host and house

Chas was an absolute great host and can’t thank him enough. Our stay at this Hyannis exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect Cape Cod getaway. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was ideal - close enough to downtown Hyannis for dining and shopping and kids loved the short walk for ice cream. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Cape.

Cute place, some outdated things

very cute place, nice backyard + BBQ a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels). host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls

Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again.

Should be more

House is good but needs to be cleaned better. A deep clean needs to happen. There were few towels and some smelled like mildew. No towels for guest bathroom. No detergent to run dishwasher. There was no working exterior light where the entrance door was. There was only one water glass in the kitchen. Needs many more. The exterior picture was taken several years ago as the vegetation is very over grown.

Wonderful stay!

Home was inviting and very clean. Easy check in. We had an issue with the internet/modem and owner was super quick to respond. Great neighborhood and close to everything. A lot of great extras: coffee, sugar, soaps, shampoos, spices, bikes, games, extra pillows/blankets, laundry, etc. Kitchen very functional for our needs. Nice open concept. Loved it. Hoping to make this our annual “spot”. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location

Close to everything. Large house. Very clean. A lot of added special touches: coffee, spices, soaps, shampoo, bikes, games etc. Fast response from owner when internet modem broke and company came to fix. Can’t wait to rent again! We loved it so much.

Wow! Excellent property!!

My wife and kids booked this property as we wanted to be near the beach. The photos don’t do it justice on how tranquil and beautiful this lovingly cared for property is. The attention to detail and cleanliness really impressed us. Our kids usually complain about the places we stay but all they’ve done is ask when we are going back? They asked if we could move there! Fantastic spot and it exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely coming back!!

Charming Home close to the beach

This was the perfect location for a getaway with our friends and young children. The porch was a great spot to land after a long day at the beach (and putting the kids to bed)for some board games and catching up. JFK and Kulmus beaches are a short walk away, and the perfect spot to get some R&R. Plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating within walking distance of the property as well. Whale watch in Hyannis was great! The owner of the property, Erica, was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thanks again for extending your home to us. We had a great time!

House was beautiful and just what we were looking for. We are a younger crowd, house was very conveniently located next downtown (bars and restaurants) and beach was right there. Highly recommended, Erica was great to work with, overall awesome experience.

We had such a nice time in this home. All the amenities and perfect location to walk to the beach and walk to town! Great neighborhood. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure she was available for any issues we might experience. Definitely would stay again.

Our Hyannis Trip

Great property to use if you plan on visiting Cape Cod. the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a 5 minute walk and Veteran's Park, the closest beach, is a 13 minute walk. Good amenities in the house especially the back porch where we spent all of our time! Overall a great stay!
