Belle maison avec 5 chambres privées et 3. 5 salles de bains. Cette résidence dispose d'un bain à remous, d'un sauna, d'un bar, d'une table de billard, de deux cheminées et d'une grande salle de télévision au niveau inférieur. Terrain paysager avec une fosse à feu de bois, fosse à gaz, un gril à gaz et de grands meubles à gazon pour se prélasser. De nouveaux courts de tennis à travers la rue et à seulement 1/2 mile de la voie verte. Situé à la limite de Eden Prairie avec un accÚs facile à l'autoroute pour le centre-ville, le MOA et l'aéroport.

Great spot for our holiday celebration

Communication with the property manager was great! House was more than expected, it was very well stocked and had all the miscellaneous things we forgot to pack. The house had many amenities and we felt comfortable just staying in, but the location was in great proximity to other events and shopping if you wanted to explore! Our family loved the stay!

Excellent home for a group of all ages! We were from 5yr to 76 yrs. Could spread out on three levels - TVs and games for a variety of interests! Pool table and large family room down was far enough away from upper level - which has a nice work area for our out of state son to do his business at- and others to sleep undisturbed! The eating area in kitchen was great for the kids and dining room large enough for adults to gather at meal times. Any issues were resolved quickly by the host/owner. Thankful for what could have been a difficult situation with no oven, to have one installed the very night we arrived!! The laundry room was well equipped with drying rack and hooks as well as dye free, unscented laundry detergent ! ( a first and very appreciated by this Epi-pen carrying guest) The amenities were extensive- paper towels, extra bathroom supplies, and an array of cookware and glassware beyond expectations. We used the cookie cutters and all baking sheets to make our family’s traditional gingerbread cookies! The room off kitchen was perfect for outdoor views and quiet reading/ TV watching. Another room- main level- set up like office area was used for our family friendly holiday games day! Perfect for group movement:)Can’t say enough about the house! Complete with hot tub and sauna- of which our various family members used every day/night!Great to park cars in garage during winter as well.

Wonderful home!!

We enjoyed our stay and Lisa could not of been a better host. The home more amenities that we could have imagined. All the extra special touches and lots of spaces to hide away and relax.

Visiting Friends in MN

This place was very cool! Was visiting MN after moving away and rented this place to be able to all get in one place and hang out for the weekend. Very cool place, and would definitely stay again when another trip comes up.

Beautiful house, Great Location

We loved our time here. We were able to spend the week with family for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect place for everyone. We loved the kitchen and the sunroom. The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the location was perfect.

Awesome Home

This home has the best amenities, from the indoor hot tub to the sauna. The host is pleasant and quick to respond and it’s the perfect location, close enough to downtown and the Mall of America. You can’t go wrong with the booking.

Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed a sibling reunion at this lovely home. The home was perfect! It was immaculate, with many gathering spots, both inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to be able to enjoy cooking together. The property's location is such that shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and the airport are just a short drive away. We'd love to stay here again!

Great rental

Great rental in Eden Prairie with plenty of space. my family, including my three kids, my parents and my in-laws stayed here and had a wonderful time. The house is very large with plenty of space for a group. The kitchen is well stocked with nice wine, glasses, coffee makers, and pans. There is a Lifetime around the corner, which is convenient, and at the house there are plenty of amenities, like a hot tub and indoor sauna, treadmill, and some weights

We have rented a lot of properties over the years, but this house was the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in! It was lovely and comfortable and had several areas to spread out into. And Lisa was so great!! Highly recommend!!

Gorgeous home with plenty of room

Executive home with spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to relax and connect with dear friends. The kitchen is very well-appointed! There is also a cozy private deck with comfy chairs and a fabulous grill. This is my second stay there and I doubt it’s my last. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location and layout

We had family come to town for a Celebration of Life, this property was outstanding for our needs. Everyone got a bedroom, the bathroom sharing worked perfectly. The coffee making options were stellar. The hottub very relaxing and loved the screened in porch. Will be back if we ever need this size location in future. Great communication by host too!
