Lovely home perfect for family travels or work. Less than a block from North Memorial Hospital this beautiful updated 6 bedroom home sits in a quiet neighborhood near a friendly park and close to shops. It is also walking distance from the large grocery store Hy-vee which offers multiple food stands inside and a Starbuck location perfect for morning coffee runs. I live within 20 minutes so if you need something I can always help you out.

The place has 6 bedrooms although its hard to believe looking at it from the street. Beds are comfortable, not much other furniture but there is a living room with couch and kitchen bar and dinette. The downside is only 2 bathrooms and 1is tiny. 3 BDRM main floor 3 basement. Plenty of parking. The area is safe but 3 blocks towards MSP the neighborhood gets a little rough. Host was excellent. Accompanied our early check-in.

This was a great find. We had a group of 9 adults and had a great time! There were enough bedrooms for everyone and they were all good size and clean! Would definitely stay again!

This is a very spacious home with alot of bedrooms and would be great for a large number of people. The host is very attentive and even accomodated us with cotton sheets. The only downfall is the accomodations were bare. The mattresses were pretty hard and the pillows were about as worse as they can get. Clean and probably new but the cheapest you can buy. The bathrooms and entire home I would suggest a serious upgrade and remodeling to be done. We have stayed at other homes were the hosts went above and beyond with making the home feel like somewhere you don't want to leave. This home we definetly wanted to get back to our cozy home with a plush mattress and comfortable pillows.

Served its purpose

My family and I stayed here for a wedding we attended. There were 8 of us in total and we felt there was enough space for all of us. The dining room table was even able to fit all of us. However, upon arrival the house had a noticeable weed smell, the microwave hadn’t been cleaned, there were coffee mugs and plastic water bottles scattered across the back yard and the upstairs toilet wasn’t flushing. After notifying the host of these things, he did apologize greatly and explain the guests previous to us did a number on the place and greatly disrespected the property which we understand isn’t his fault. He was also able to get a plumber over the next day to get the toilet fixed which was much appreciated. While it wasn’t what we expected, we made the best out of it and worked for what we needed it to.

This house was very eclectic and fit our needs perfectly. The only downside was only 2 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms so scheduling was a must for getting ready. Would recommend taking a makeup mirror to help with getting ready in the bedroom. Owner was very helpful. Would stay here again if we needed a spot in MN again.

Beautiful house and helpful host

Wow -

We had an amazing stay! With enough rooms, beds and space for our 2 families of 6 - we couldn't recommend this space any more! It is so uncomfortable to stay in a hotel when you have 2 adult couples and 8 kids ranging from 9-18. No space to sit and visit and constant shushing when kids are back and forth from room to room. This house had space upstairs for the adults to visit and two living spaces for the kids to relax and play. The freedom to move around, stay active and save some money by cooking instead of eating out (so much healthier too!) had us choosing this beatiful home. We loved the freshly remodeled space. Each room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and the yard was really clean and green. The location was great with a grocery store just a couple of blocks away and lots of Minneapolis attractions within a 30 minute drive! If you are a light sleeper - you may want a pair of ear plugs with the hospital just a couple of blocks away - we did hear sirens and a helicopter come in late (obviously not offensive - but may wake someone who sleeps light). The host was quick to reply with any questions and offered a great space for our family vacation. Thanks Affordable & Spacious Home near Minneapolis! Family vacation 2024 was a HUGE hit!

Great space for extended family

Extended family, in town for a wedding, stayed for two nights. We enjoyed meals together and game night while also each having separate bedroom space for a comfortable night's sleep. The owner answered our questions and even made a special trip out when he realized that the extra bedding for the pull-out couch was missing. We would stay here again.

My stay

This property was amazing! The layout confused me the most since the flow of the house goes through a couple rooms but overall wasn’t a major bother. The refrigerator had a touch screen which was the highlight of my stay! The host, Mr. Benicasa was also attentive and friendly whenever I needed his help.

Excellent stay

The house was clean and met all of our needs. It was a welcoming home. It was in a good location. Us 5 adults and 1 toddler had plenty of room and we had bedrooms that we didn’t even use. It was a good place to rent, and was perfect for our group.
