Villa Fenice was perfect for our group of 5 adults who wanted their own space. The kitchen was smaller than i had expected and did not really have any of the basics like S&P, etc but it wasn’t a big deal because we did not cook much. We were not used to all the rules surrounding recycling, and didnt expect to have to put down a deposit for recycling.Communication with the owners was fine: they were responsive to our questions. The views were incredible. The roads leading to the Villa from the beaches were winding and steep, and not comfortable driving in the dark - but to be expected given the amazing views.

Grazie per la bella recensione e per aver dedicato questo tempo per scriverla. Riguardo al fatto che non ci si aspettava la richiesta di un deposito cauzionale per il rispetto della raccolta differenziata, vorrei precisare che il deposito cauzionale non è un costo, infatti è solo un deposito che è stato restituito perchè è stato rispettato il regolamento della raccolta differenziata imposta dal nostro Comune. Inoltre leggendo la descrizione della villa è anche riportato che al check-in verrà richiesto questo deposito cauzionale, quindi mi dispiace che l'ospite non se lo aspettava, visto che l'informazione è pubblicata nell'annuncio.

This is a beautiful villa with amazing views over the coastline. The communication with Giovanni the host was brilliant, he was very happy to help with any questions we had and gave lots of local recommendations. The villa was very clean and comfortable with lots of room, one thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are outside of the main house. The pool is a great size for a family and very clean. Thank you for the beautiful welcome pack of cakes in the fridge when we arrived! lovely touch. If you are looking for a lovely quiet villa this would be a good choice. You do need a car but there are some great small supermarkets/delicatessen and restaurants within 20 mins drive. Thank you Giovanni and family for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stunning views and beautiful house on hill.

Great place to stay with wonderful outdoor terrace and pool. Hosts were very helpful. Amazing views. Steep drive up to house but well signposted. Highly recommend this place.

We had a brilliant 10 days at Villa Fenice. From the warm greeting when we arrived, the host's recommendations for beaches and places to eat to the stunning views to wake up to every morning; our holiday was amazing.The accommodation is well equipped. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. There is plenty of outdoor space to eat and relax. There is a supermarket 6 minutes away which is well stocked. We couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant hosts, brilliant villa, stunning scenery and we cannot recommend this villa enough. Thank you so much, Giovanni and Antonello! We hope to see you again soon.

Villa Fenice - absolute must

We had a wonderful time at Villa Fenice, the pictures do not do justice !! to the spectacular view, so easily slipped into feeling at home without even trying A wonderful setting in a clean and tidy house, which we easily shared with the family. The beautiful pool lit up at night and swimming wherever was wonderful, incredibly private. Sitting on the veranda with a nice cold beer and deciding if we really wanted to leave!, short drive to so many excellent tasty delights. Scopello is a gem. Beaches delicious. Thank you for sharing your such a memorable, two weeks . Our group of 7 were so grateful to hit the jackpot. Antonella and Giovanni with her family were quick to communicate, very familiar and confident with Guests. The house is well located, close to a grocery store and lovely beaches, as well as the possibility of making beautiful day trips. We had an unforgettable stay. One of the best rentals we have tried. We recommend staying at Villa Fenice.

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren zu neunt in der Villa und einfach nur begeistert. Die Anlage und vor allem der Ausblick sind wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Alles ist sehr weitläufig angelegt, sodass man auch mit einer so großen Gruppe viel Platz hat und sich null auf die Füße tritt.Man muss wissen: Der Komplex liegt ziemlich weit oben im Berg. Ein Auto ist also ein absolutes Muss für Besorgungen oder den Weg zum Strand. Wer aber genau das möchte und einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub sucht, ist hier goldrichtig.Vielen Dank auch an die Gastgeber: Sie waren 24/7 erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen sofort um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. 5 Sterne!
