Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - Réservation 2019!

Comme de nombreux complexes de condos à North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands a été construit dans les années 1980. Situé au milieu du bâtiment et au 4ème étage, l'unité E3 offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan.
Vous pouvez vous détendre sur le balcon dans ce confortable condo en bord de mer avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Faites une pause de la plage en plongeant dans la PISCINE EXTÉRIEURE OCEANFRONT. De plus, le bâtiment dispose d'un ascenseur à seulement 30 pieds de la porte d'entrée de notre unité, ce qui permet de limiter le poids de vos bagages.
L'unité a une chambre principale king-size avec son propre accès au balcon et une salle de bains privée. La chambre d'hôtes contient un lit double et un lit double pouvant accueillir les enfants séparément ou être placés ensemble formant un deuxième lit king-size surdimensionné pour les adultes. La chambre d'hôtes dispose également de sa propre salle de bains et douche.
Cette unité offre une cuisine meublée, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. La gastronomie et le shopping sont à quelques minutes.
Nous nous efforçons de rendre notre budget de condo convivial avec une ambiance familiale et nous essayons de faire des mises à jour annuelles en fonction de nos finances. Jusqu'à présent, l'unité a de nouveaux planchers dans toutes les chambres et le salon, de plus, les salles de bains principale et d'invité ont été rénovées. De plus, les armoires de cuisine ont été rénovées et le salon et la cuisine ont été repeints.
Nous voulons que votre séjour en bord de mer soit abordable et confortable mais pas trop cher. En bref, notre objectif est de fournir un séjour confortable en bord de mer à un prix raisonnable.

We had an amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach! Everything we needed to make meals was there. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. And they even provided a list of restaurants to try! Enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time to stay and we loved the large balcony and cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could ever need. Scott could not have been more communicative with notes through Vrbo and calls and text. We were close to our favorite haunts, Barefoot Landing, Biminis, Flying Fish, Lulu’s, and Backyard Barbeque. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Longtime in Coming Vacation!

We haven't had a beach vacation in about 10 years. We had a great time even though the weather didn't quite cooperate the first few days. The condo was really nice! Scott Bittner was a great host and extremely nice to work with. He answered all my questions and made some really good suggestions on places to eat.

Beautiful location and waking up to the sunrise everyday can't be beat!

Everything was perfect for our month-long break from the cold. While the weather wasn't warm, we certainly made the best of it with the sunrise on the beach and visiting the local art shops and museums. I would recommend staying in any of the Bittner's locations as they are fantastic to work with and provide beautiful properties. Until next time.....

Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, clean and extremely welcoming, conveniently located to restaurants, Barefoot Landing and many other stores and attractions! Wonderful hosts who answered any questions we had within minutes!! Would definitely rent there again!! CAN'T BEAT THE VIEW!!! I give it 5 stars!!

Myrtle Beach E3 stay

This condo was such a wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed for a great week was available. Beds werecomfy, kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was ourfavorite part. Looks right at the ocean and was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the waves wash in. The buildingis right by the beach and there is also a pool with lots of room and chairs.All the places we wanted to visit in North Myrtle Beach were really close. Lots to do and lots of great shopping and eating.Scott was great to work with. Gave us very clear arrival instructions and very clear instructions for leaving.I would definitely stay there again. Loved every minute.

Excellent Location and Views

We had a great stay! The balcony and its views are the best part. While visiting during March, the temps were decent, but when the wind picked up it could be chilly. However, the balcony has walls at either end and wraps around a bit, so you could still enjoy outside and be blocked from the wind depending on its direction.While we didn't really cook while we were there, the space seemed to be stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals in the condo.In the end, this is a great space and has the essentials to enjoy a quick or extended stay. I would not hesitate to book this space for my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

This unit is conveniently located on the third floor of the complex--no excessive stair hiking. The elevator for the building is within 30 feet of the front door so as to make your luggage burden minimal. This condo's balcony is very large and offers access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.

We chose the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach because of the family atmosphere. The condo is just minutes away from countless restaurants and areas with great shopping--Barefoot Landing is about 1 mile away.
