The perfect venue for a big reunion.

A group of 12 of us were able to stay in fabulous accommodation, split over multiple units, all of excellent quality, and comfortably get-together in one of the open plan kitchen/living areas.

Charming location and courtyard set up, with excellent facilities.

Lovely location and courtyard set up, with local shop. A very pleasant place to stay, with garden access if required. A charming rural village with plenty to do in the surrounding area. We’ve stayed here a few times and always thoroughly enjoyed it.

Manor Farm provides a lovely and peaceful cottage experience in the English countryside

The arrival process was extremely easy and stress free. The cottage is in perfect condition and is well equipped. The village where the cottage is located is peacefull and welcoming.

Exceeding expectations we felt relaxed and able to fully unwind from our hectic lives .

The setting was stunning. We were privileged to have exceptional weather which added to its beauty albeit unable to do walks due to the extreme heat . We will have to return !

Lovely accommodation, beautiful surroundings

Very comfortable, super clean with great facilities. Host was very helpful but not intrusive. Beautiful surroundings with well equipped accomodation. Super comfortable beds and powerful shower.

A wonderful experience staying in Rural England

The community shop that was located within the complex was a true gem for the morning coffee, great food and last minute grocery shopping. Would highly recommend the Hayloft for a place to stay due to it size, amenities and quietness

Perfect country stay in a gorgeous setting.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights in the Hayloft. Beautifully set out, in a fantastic setting with local amenities close at hand. Perfectly set for accessing tourist spots such as Highclere and Oxford. Recommended to anyone as we didn't want to leave! Our dog loved it too!

Perfect stay

Fantastic cottage.. Everything you need, immaculately presented picture perfect village with great pub and community shop. 1hr on a good run into London makes this is an ideal place to stay for work. Fantastic countryside makes it great for leisure. Jessica is a fantastic host and extremely pleasant

Excellent choice

It was right next door to the Church for the wedding we were attending but the accommodation was excellent. Clean, comfortable and everything needed to hand. Breakfast at the café was so handy. The sun shone for our whole stay which was an added bonus.

A peaceful esape

I regularly stay at Manor farm, usually as a base for work..easy to get to London and Southampton is a very doable commute. It's a restful and peaceful retreat after the days madness in London. Fantastic hosts Jessica and will and the village shop in the courtyard is excellent..Great staff Always enjoy my stay here

Brilliant! 10/10 experience all around

My family and I stayed in Hayloft Cottage for the weekend for my sister's wedding and had a wonderful time! The accommodation was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I met Jessica on the first day, and she helped us get settled in, even guiding us to the cottages when we got a bit lost. We accidentally left some items behind, but Jessica was happy to check the cottage for us and mailed them back very promptly. She really goes above and beyond for her guests!

Perfect venue for our family reunion

Our stay at the Cottages was fantastic. We booked all 4 of them for a family reunion & it was perfect to have indvidual units to provide a bit of 'private space' but also be so close to each other. Having one large cottage that could accommodate us all to eat & drink together was perfect. The cottages are finished to a high standard -a nice mix of modern and traditional country style. Lots of garden space, a great community shop literally next door and a pub with great food a few metres away.

Perfect cottage and gardens with great facilities in wonderful countryside setting

We had a wonderful stay in Hayloft Cottage. Everything was perfect - the kitchen well-equipped, very good beds, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The garden just great to relax. The village shop and café right at our doorstep was another plus - no need to drive to a supermarket. Nice walks around the village. Jessica and everyone we met - in the shop/ café, the local pub was so friendly and helpful. We'll be back at Manor Farm Cottages in Hampstead Norris - a wonderful place to stay!

Es war ein sehr entspannter, erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Das Hayloft ist sehr liebevoll und gleichzeitig hochwertig ausgestattet, ein wunderschöner Garten befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus und man kann grillen oder Kaffee trinken und auf der Hollywood-Schaukel chillen, im Dorfladen direkt gegen über gib es alles, man kann sogar warm frühstücken. Das ganze Dorf Hampstead norreys ist Idyllisch und einladend, die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, so auch im ganz nahe gelegenem PUB "the White Hart", wo es sehr gute Steaks und andere Leckereien gibt!
